Sorry it took so long, had my 21st birthday recently, many parties to go to.
Normal:
00:14:243 (2) - Finish hit sound at end of 2 slider sounds good.
01:05:612 (1) - Adding a clap hit sound at the end of this slider makes it follow the rest of the section stylistically. You have clap hit sounds on all the previous 3rd beats, I don't know why you suddenly stopped.
01:06:434 (1) - ^
01:13:010 (2) - ^

Hard:
00:20:818 - After the 3 slider, on the next white tick, another hit circle placed at x:192 y:176 with a finish sound, ends this section more definitively, and matches with how the other sections end.
01:41:366 (1) - Finish sounds good placed on first circle of this slider.
01:44:653 (1)- ^
03:11:777 (6) - ^

I can't mod insane :(. This was a good map, and many good mods have already been done to it. Not much else to find. Shootin you a star for doing good work. Goodluck on map.

HAHAHAHA i forgot to check the hitsounds after applying the previous mod .... how stupid...

The basic problem with the insane, is that you make the map difficult. unnecessarily.
Example: 00:19:781 (1) - 01:00:877 (3) - why do it fast, if there is nothing to suggest in the music faster?. It feels forced. Ideally not let the previous speed. Isn't there the sound of "rush"? That's why I did this

( 00:15:055 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - has bad flow You could leave it, but I think it would be better to do something else ) I don't know...

00:16:082 (1) - NC OK
00:17:520 (1) - Nazi: 256x, 264y. OK
00:22:041 (7,8,1) - This can not be read well, it is difficult to play. OK
Something you do a lot of the beats are overlay over each other. This makes it very difficult to read, and makes the tedious map to play. Please do not rely on maps like this https://osu.ppy.sh/s/57255 are "challenges", but they are not fun to play ... become bothersome, and I think that is one reason why you have so few mods. :/ My maps are NEVER based on another BAT's maps

The offset is not the same in all of the difficulties, fix that too.

Open AIMod(Ctrl + Shift + A), and take a look, you are toggling Kiai-time and off probably by mistake on some points, so fix that.
00:19:781 (1) - The sudden change from the very slow SV to this high is wrong and doesn't fit.. I don't mind but the Ranking Criteria and not accepting it, the limit is 3 SV (unless they fit good) and to placed at the right place.
00:32:212 (12,1) - I think that to make the pattern nicer, you should place (1) at the same line as (12) and not below.
01:39:712 (1,2,3,4) - I think the following pattern will be much better here:

00:08:489 (3) - There's a vocal change in mid slider, perhaps change the pattern to:

01:04:379 (6) - I didn't like this and it felt dull while playing (kind of didn't feel to me like fitting the vocal, because she says something else every tick), what about chaning pattern to maybe something like this:

ok all this is not on kiai times (which are my parts so ill be in contact with -APXH)
