The important part is the Accuracy and the Speed, I don't think that Reaction is needed.

Well its true that playing osu itself is good enough, but this does help a little bit :\
ty for the link its really not bad
Nice find, but I don't think its worth getting used to aiming on that flash player and then switching to osu!, mainly because of the "cursor" (windows mouse cursor sucks)
It'd probably be more efficient to adjust to hitting circles, on osu, to warm up.

You can select some of their overlays too, but they lag...
Keep in mind also that this is only "point A" to "point B" training, the basics for getting used to your mouse distances and directions.
For everything else you will need to play osu!.
