First of all,your mapset is so wrong that it's unrankable unless you are a MAT/BAT.
But don't worry,my friend,I'll help you to fix this.
Song setup:Just check these problem first,and what's more ,try to decrease your note number in Normal diff Try to follow 24clap.
- Decrease the slider velocity in Normal diff to 1.40 or even slower,it's too hard for new players.
- It's reasonless that you only have a AR change between Normal and Hard diff.
You can increase the Hard diff by adjust OD to 5,CS to 4,HR to 5 and so on.- Insane diff's OD should have at least 6, with at least 5 HR.
That's all,I may check your position problems later if you fixed all I mentioned.

Hitsounds really do make difference in keeping the player interested

Change slider tick to 2 or 4 - only use 3 when you are 1/3 using beat snap divisor. In this song you're using 1/2 and 1/4 beats Done, thanks!
Stick to a constant Distance Snap when making easier diffs such as Normal and Easy diffs - I recommend 1.0x and use it throughout the whole map Changed

The main problem I have with this difficulty is the major inconsistency of the difficulty throughout the map; jumps and anti-jumps are cool and all but they have to feel good and make sense. Also make sure the player knows where to go; Insane or not, be sure the player can read what's going on. Gotta use Distance snap(DS) more
The beginning is pretty readable
00:09:891 (5,1) - The spacing here isn't good, either make 00:10:005 (1) farther so it's consistent with the previous circle (this gears toward an Insane diff) or stack them on the end of the slider before them (I prefer this since it's easier on the player) I think I changed the spacing everywhere that you pointed out... might have missed some though x-x
00:29:664 (4,1) - Awkward spacing
00:35:573 (1) - ^ move it away from the previous slider make it more consistent with the next note (give it 1.2x spacing)
00:38:414 (1,1,1,1) - I'd rather do jumps here than slowing down, oh and stack the last 2 notes. remember to keep it consistent
00:39:209 (1,2,3,4) - Bad distancing really shows itself here. Clean up the distances. Try using grid lv. 4 (View->Grid level) or turning it off to space notes more evenly Not sure if you meant they were too close or too far; I used DS and they're closer now.

00:44:209 (6,7,8,9,10) - ^unnecessary jump and unfittingly slows down
00:46:709 (2,3) - Bad distancing, make it consistent with the rest of the combo

00:50:573 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This is the sudden change in difficulty I'm talking about *just commenting IMO this + following kiai sections overshadows the Hard difficulty in the song and has an identity crisis with Insane diff's of being super hard. I'd consider remapping. really though 2.00 slider velocity is pretty extreme Removed a few sliders/circles. Also decreased inherited slider speed multipliers.
00:56:255 (1) - This angle is really uncomfortable to play, especially with a reverse arrow. Make it an obtuse angle. Done
00:56:823 (2,3) - Move them apart, use DS
00:59:891 (1,2,3) - But, try aligning it horizontally so it has nice symmetry. Done. (That looks so cool...)
01:02:846 (1,1,1) - Distances are too short, making it awkward to move around

My most honest opinion is that you should remap this section to make it consistent with the hard difficulty in this map. But, if you want to keep this section, the following will be modding those Re-did a bunch of stuff with DS. I think it's easier now.

02:08:982 (1) - The awkward angle again. Make it obtuse
02:12:618 (1,2,3) - Make a nice symmetry in the middle.

02:19:778 (2) - I have mixed feelings about this slider/arrow thing... Pretty cute but pretty hard to read as well I changed it to a possibly easier to read slider arrow... :>

02:45:346 (1,2,3) - Spacing between these are quite frustrating
I've also noticed there are no hitsounds here. Since it's not my strong point, I'll keep away for now Added some 24clap, or something close to it.
[Insane]
Super hard difficulties are fine to map but it's just not recommended to do for a first map
Timing isn't my strongest point either but you've started mapping before the red timing point (and earlier than the rest of the mapset) I'm not sure what kind of fix to recommend sorry I wanted the timing section to start on the first downbeat, but there are a few pickup notes before the first downbeat... I don't think moving the timing section 1 measure earlier would change anything.
