[resolved] [confirmed] New maps stuck on "Creating package" and won't upload

On the said title, I've been waiting for an hour to upload a full keysounded mania map and it stuck as showed :

Tried other keysounded map and it's still the same.

Did anyone experience this before?

I don't see it.

EDIT: I can still submit. However, it doesn't submit new difficulties.

Let's confirm this. Happens on public and latest test build - the servers are no longer under attack, and "Creating package" implies it's client-side.

I stuck too.

Can't upload a new map.(Creating package)

1. Transcode the mp3.(4 time didn't work)
2. VPN.(didn't work)
3. Re install Osu(didn't work)
~~4. I use someone else's computer upload.(didn't work)~~

Now,I was almost going crazy.
