I'm sorry but you didn't reason your use of kiai time. It's in the guideline that it should be consistent.

Kiai should be consistent throughout difficulties of your mapset (especially since it is shown on the main menu). If you have a guest difficulty from another mapper that uses different kiai, then it's fine as long as it still makes sense.

I don't see how this makes sense. Both Hard and Insane is a collab but both of them have different kiai time. Moreover even if you listen to the music it makes sense to use the kiai only at the last chorus, because that's somewhat still stronger than the previous chorus parts and it's different.

played with +2 local offset

since my overall error is hitting slightly early, your current offset is fine; though I would personally prefer a +2 since with no local offset i hit -8 ~ +10
