Taiko mod :33

Muzukashii:
  1. 00:03:474 (9,10,11,12,13,14) - This is strange.. En la diff oni tu pusiste el mismo seguimiento de notas.. no se si me explicare bien, but in this part in muzukashii you invert the colours with the '' 00:00:961 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - '' part.. I think is better just re-invert this pattern.. to the same of the other.. to '' d kk d k d''
  2. 00:35:044 (110) - don
  3. 00:37:558 (118) - kat
  4. 04:41:955 (532) - don (?

Oni:
  1. 00:20:594 (87) - don
  2. 01:19:652 (326) - Move this note to 01:19:966
  3. 02:41:013 (316,317) - kk
  4. 02:41:641 (319,320) - dd
  5. 03:13:997 (431) - don
  6. 04:36:929 (79) - don

[General]
i dont think video is supposed to be put on taiko diffs, so take it off? As far as I know exist this option. So, I'll keep it for consistency xD
also i think your video offset is slightly too early, try -5250 Used -5280, it sounds late with -5250.

[Easy]
lol should have used 1.1x DS, so you dont have to enlarge spacings like 01:02:374 (4,1) It doesn't make a big difference, and I don't want to make so many changes because I like the structure of the map actually.
00:29:076 - i'd recommend a note here to cover the guitar + cymbal in the background I think without this note, emphasize much better the higher pitch in 00:29:390 - and considering that it is an easy, I think is ok if I keep this as it is.
00:50:751 (1) - it would be cool if you can slowly increase the volume of the tick sounds here to mimic the crescendo in the music oh.. sure thing. It'll be consistent too (with the second pre-chorus)
01:41:013 (1,2,3,4) - i think you intended to make a square here, but its a tad bit too flat Well, it is a diamond but I fixed it a bit anyway.
02:03:631 (3) - i think finish on the start fits your hitsounding patterns better Hmm.. Ok
02:21:222 (1,2,3) - its best if you can unify the spacing in this combo for aesthetics During the gameplay 1.0x and 1.1x are not big differences, and I definetly want a blanketing here xD, so I'll keep this for now.
02:26:249 (3) - finish? okie
03:01:432 (1) - since you used consecutive finishes in this section, its best to lower the volume a bit so things dont get too loud Let's wait for some more opinions, actually I like the effect here, it match the music fine and I don't find them really loud, so yeah.. I'll keep this for now but I'll take in consideration if somebody else mention that.
03:31:589 (7) - i think the NC should be here based on your previous NC patterns Done.
03:36:615 (1) - same as 00:50:751 (1) Fixed
04:42:898 (1) - a drum clap on the start would work charms Added.

[Normal]
00:26:249 (2) - might want to move this a bit left to get a better triangle Ok :p
00:34:416 (2,3) - not perfectly stacked so nazi, but ok
01:10:856 (1) - the spacing leading into this is a bit far, try to move around 01:10:228 (4) to get a better spacing I know that, but aesthetically, looks much better, since there is a New Combo in this slider I think everything is easier to read at the time to play the map, I think having this little thing is not a big problem.
02:00:490 (4,1) - stack oot so nazi but fixed this one too :P
02:07:086 (2,3) - spacing is a bit short here, move 02:08:029 (3) up a bit and adjust later notes accordingly This was not intentional, thanks for notice it. Fixed.
02:24:992 (3) - end node up by 1 grid will make this perfectly paralleled with 02:26:563 (5) Hmm.. k
02:58:291 (3) - this just feels a bit messy since it is partially stacked with 02:56:092 (2); i would recommend perfectly overlapping them and adjust 02:56:406 (1,2) more to the left to get a good vertical symmetry here This is really nazi too, and I decided to don't change this one, during the gameplay it provides a similar stack and it doesn't make any bad thing to be sincere.
03:01:432 (1) - same volume suggestions as Easy Same..
03:49:181 (4) - maybe add a NC here to hint the rhythm change Hmm.. yes, it can work. Fixed
04:30:018 (1,2,3) - no whistle pattern on this pattern? sounds a bit plain compared to the rest of them Added some whistles here and there.
04:42:898 (2) - drum clap on the start Done.

[Hard]
00:29:076 (7,8) - use the circle first then the slider (maybe a stack), this way the slider start and slide sound will correspond nicely with the guitar at 00:29:390 very good. Fixed this (and I fixed the placement on my own).
00:38:186 (1) - whistle on end, a nice guitar sound is heard here I think is enough with the whistle in the repetition, it follows better the music I think.
01:23:107 (4) - the movement to 01:24:678 (1,2) would be smoother if this slider tail is pointing downwards Will fix that if somebody else tell me to do it, because it doesn't affect really much during the gap between the slider and notes.
02:06:144 (1) - missing a finish here? Added
02:18:081 (1,2,3,4,1) - would be better if this can be shifted a bit to the right so the oval flow is not disturbed that's true.. Fixed.
02:38:186 (5) - add clap?
02:50:751 (4) - ^ Both added.
03:01:432 (1) - i was gonna say lower volume again but seeing more note density its not as important as the lower diffs, up to you Same as other difficulties.
03:30:490 (4) - this bend to the left really bothers me xD, try to make the curve smoother here lol.. I fixed it a bit.
03:34:102 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - omg i thought u were gonna make a heart here, but then i saw 03:36:301 (8) and i was like nuuuu...could try moving it to x:256 y:160, if not then down 1 grid to stack it with 03:38:500 (1) ok, done..
03:55:149 (3) - this overheld slider actually sounds a bit bad with its end landing on nothing significant in the music, matches the vocals better if you shorten it to 03:55:463 Drums are acting over there, so I prefer to keep this
04:39:914 (3) - sounds like a repeat slider with some 1/8 snap (04:40:149) would fit the vocals well here Nah.. in this way follows the vocals too :P
04:42:898 (1) - drum clap~ Done.

Thats all, cool sliders as usual, star and good luck~

Thanks for the mod and the star! :D

  3. 00:37:558 (118) - kat No, no sigue de todo bien la musica, este beat no se siente tan alto. Con un don es suficiente me parece.
  4. 04:41:955 (532) - don (?

  1. 00:06:772 (19,20,21) - k d k for this one? it sounds similar to the others.
  2. 00:19:966 (61) - kat? to match the guitar
  3. 01:05:987 (207) - the kkk here comes a little too early, move this kat to 01:06:301 ?
  4. 01:46:510 (2) - move to 01:46:668 ? there's a drum beat there
  5. 02:26:092 (130) - remove? the kkk here sounds a little misplaced and forced imo ><
  6. 04:07:086 (428) - how about don?
  7. 04:26:877 (482) - the beat here is rather low, change to don?

    [Oni]
  8. 01:04:573 (267,268,269) - in the music, there's a beat that resembles dkd, so how about change it to that?
  9. 01:13:997 (305) - the beat in the music here is slightly higher than the rest, change to kat?
  10. 01:14:940 (309) - the opposite of ^ for this one, change to don?
  11. 01:45:882 (92) - kat?
  12. 01:58:919 (146,147) - - I think d k fits for this part better because there is a high pitched hit sound at 01:59:233 in the music
  13. 02:24:364 (246) - ^ same reason for this one, change to kat?
  14. 02:29:704 (268) - how about change this to kat and remove 02:29:861 (269) ? It flows better imo ><
  15. 04:43:212 (104,105,106,107,108,109,110,111,112) - try k k d k k d k k d for this part? To matches the drums

  1. 01:46:510 (2) - move to 01:46:668 ? there's a drum beat there I added a note in 01:46:668 instead, and I did some little changes for a better rhythm.
  2. 04:07:086 (428) - how about don? I don't want combined patterns here, prefer to leave this as kkk, in addition I think it fits with the piano.

  3. 01:13:997 (305) - the beat in the music here is slightly higher than the rest, change to kat?
  4. 01:14:940 (309) - the opposite of ^ for this one, change to don? Both fixed and fixed some other things later for a better sound.
  5. 01:45:882 (92) - kat? Hmm.. No. I think a don follows better the music.
  6. 02:24:364 (246) - ^ same reason for this one, change to kat? And changed the following ddk in ddd, because will fit better.
  7. 04:43:212 (104,105,106,107,108,109,110,111,112) - try k k d k k d k k d for this part? To matches the drums Ugh.. I don't like it.. sorry.

Hello~ I send a message 3 days ago :)
Wow your username is colorful!

I'm newbie mapper but I'll try my best!

[Easy]

02:08:657 (3,4) - too far notes by Aimod..? I think it is okay but I learned Easy diff must satisfiy it :)

my suggestion

01:43:526 (1) - 4/4 spinner is better than 5/4 ..?

finish at 01:45:411 and circle at 01:46:039 on 01:46:668 (1)

01:46:589 (1,2,3,4) - reverse 01:48:238 (2) and

delete 01:49:181 (3) and locate 01:49:809 (4) at 01:49:181,

and add reverse

like this?

[Normal]

I think circle size 3 is good for normal~

My suggestion

01:25:935 - how about adding spinner ? :)

01:43:526 (1,1) - circle and spinner's term is too short
delete circle is better :)

03:13:997 - add spinner ? (ends at 03:16:510 ) >>hard diff too

[Hard]

I played it with doubletime ! So fun map :)

I can't find any problem in this diff

I wish my mod is helpful for you lol

02:08:657 (3,4) - too far notes by Aimod..? I think it is okay but I learned Easy diff must satisfiy it :)Since this doesn't make so much problem during the gameplay, I prefer to keep this because the pattern looks much better

my suggestion

01:43:526 (1) - 4/4 spinner is better than 5/4 ..?

finish at 01:45:411 and circle at 01:46:039 on 01:46:668 (1) Prefer to keep that, because it is follow properly the instrumental.

01:46:589 (1,2,3,4) - reverse 01:48:238 (2) and

delete 01:49:181 (3) and locate 01:49:809 (4) at 01:49:181,

and add reverse

like this? I have to say this is a very good suggestion and it fits really good with vocals. Fixed.

[Normal]

I think circle size 3 is good for normal~ CS 4 is good too :P

My suggestion

01:25:935 - how about adding spinner ? :)Nah.. it is not necessary. The break here is the best solution.

01:43:526 (1,1) - circle and spinner's term is too short
delete circle is better :)Nah.. it is ok for a normal, especially for the low BPM.

03:13:997 - add spinner ? (ends at 03:16:510 ) >>hard diff too No.. I prefer to keep that in this way!

[General]
  1. Remember shift the BG's position on taiko diffs

[ Muzukashii]
  1. 00:13:369 (39,40,41,42) - change to kd dk to reflect the vocal is better
  2. 00:29:076 (90) - change to k? to follow guitar's stress
  3. 00:56:249 - add k to strengthen 00:53:736 (166,167) -
  4. 02:21:694 - ^
  5. 01:42:270 (313) - move to 01:41:955 - as 01:37:558 (298,299,300,301,302,303,304,305) -
  6. 03:49:024 (373) - i hear the obvious drum sound on 03:49:338 - move to here
  7. 04:06:615 (427) - i suggest remove this note ,because there is the guitar sound ,make to much note may lose the power
  8. 03:08:971 - ~ 03:26:563 - try to turn down the volume?

[ Oni]
  1. 01:45:568 (90) - remove? to stress this guitar sound 01:45:411 (89) -
  2. 02:13:997 (203,204,205,206,207,208,209) - remove finish? too much finish may make the map stiff
  3. 04:25:620 (31) - add finish?

  1. Remember shift the BG's position on taiko diffs Hmm.. I don't know if this is really necessary.. I'll wait for some more opinion about it.

[ Muzukashii]
  1. 00:13:369 (39,40,41,42) - change to kd dk to reflect the vocal is better Hmm.. Listening properly the music I found that these 2-plet don't refelect the music really well. So, I moved (41) 1/4 back
  2. 01:42:270 (313) - move to 01:41:955 - as 01:37:558 (298,299,300,301,302,303,304,305) - I prefer to follow drums here and this is the best way I think.

[ Oni]
  1. 01:45:568 (90) - remove? to stress this guitar sound 01:45:411 (89) - Prefer to follow the guitar entirely here, and there is a guitar sound over this beat. So, I'll keep that
  2. 02:13:997 (203,204,205,206,207,208,209) - remove finish? too much finish may make the map stiff I was doubting about it, i remove a lot of finishers in this pattern and changed them with kats instead.
  3. 04:25:620 (31) - add finish? I don't like how it sounds here :/

The white reverse arrows can be hard to see on the bright yellow sliders. I see it has been suggested earlier but I still suggest changing them slightly.
Fun sliders are fun

[Easy]
01:10:856 (2) - I can see this (and the other identical ones) confusing new players with the slider track overlapping, fine for any other difficulty but I don't know about Easy. Normal actually does them how I would recommend

[Normal/Hard]
No Issues that I can point out!

It might look bad on my part but I really don't have anything else to suggest/complain about. The hitsounds are all placed nicely, the flow/placement all makes sense and it's fun to play! Maybe I need to make more nazi mods (nah). Well what else can I say..good luck and have some stars **. (no kudosu plz)

I didnt like that there are parts symmentrical when the map is obviosly more freestyle. I think is good to keep consistence in that way.
Another thing i didnt like was the tiny space between 1/4 notes, it made me slow down when passing through the streams cuz spacing is so tiny, made me miss cuz i always ended moving mouse too fast, or sometimes just clicking too fast. I like the distance you used here: 00:19:966 (5,6) -
03:08:971 (1,2,3) - hmmm, i didnt like. Since the circles are so separated in time line, you cant perceive the layout because you see each note at a time.
That s the only things that really bugged me, but the map is great, good job.

[Norma]
Same thing I mentioned about the symmetry

[Easy]
hmm I think you shouldnt have use so much the 1/2, but i guess is fine
and again what I said about the symmetry applies to this one too

Nice mapset thought

You know, the symetry is part of my style (and I like to use it in general), I tried to use it in the more reasonably way, I personally like how the map is structured right now, so I won't touch this :/
Another thing i didnt like was the tiny space between 1/4 notes, it made me slow down when passing through the streams cuz spacing is so tiny, made me miss cuz i always ended moving mouse too fast, or sometimes just clicking too fast. I like the distance you used here: 00:19:966 (5,6) - If you notice, I used shorter spacing when the 1/4 pattern is between notes and bigger when Slider appeared, I think is a good thing due to the slow BPM, I think is something consistent between music and patterns, so I personally like this too.

    7. 04:27:819 (3) - Nazi* ^ Y:40

Hi! Here is your requested mod :3 taiko comes later >.<

Easy:
00:38:814 (1) - it's a bit disturbing that you miss to hit the big beat in the middle of the slider, so maybe shorten the slider by 1/2?
03:53:579 (4,1) - swap these: http://puu.sh/4PSp2.jpg - a slider start would fit better to a part where she starts singing, and a clap also fits better with a hit circle maybe
03:55:777 (3,4,1) - I don't really like this overlap and you miss to hit a beat as well, so why not use a reverse slider instead of 2 hit circles on red ticks? e.g. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1037705 (but you would have to change a lot), but something like this could work too >.< http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1037711
04:42:898 (1) - I think the normal hitsound is a bit loud at the end of the slider, lower the volume? or maybe use soft sound?

Also AiMod says letterbox conflicts with Muzukashii, so you should check it.

Normal:
00:19:338 (2,3) - these should be 1/2 earlier, because it would fit so much better to the soft guitar sound - http://puu.sh/4PYb6.jpg
01:10:228 (4) - put this a little bit down for correct spacing
03:27:819 (2) - remove hit circle? I think it is not really necessary, and this is a slow part in the music, there are no loud beats either, actually, I think this would fit really well, both to the beats and to the lyrics: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1038094
04:03:631 (4) - small thing, but you could change the direction a little bit, so that it is the same as (3)'s direction: from this - http://puu.sh/4Q05Y.jpg to this --> http://puu.sh/4Q06O.jpg (and of course replace it to where it was)
04:42:898 (2) - the same as I said on the Easy diff, the end of the slider should sound softer

Hard:
00:20:280 (6,1) - shouldn't (1) be closer? >.< if you are going to make a higher spacing because of new parts in the lyrics then make it either bigger, or use the spacing that you used before
00:25:306 (4,1) - again spacing? >.<
00:39:128 (2) - to me it is a bit disturbing, that here, you could have used fast hit circles like you did 00:37:872 (5,6) - but you didn't use them. (5) and (6) is actually not that necessary, and you used them, but you didn't use any when the lyrics ask for it: http://puu.sh/4Q1dB.jpg
01:58:291 (6,1) - same about spacing that I already mentioned
02:08:657 (1,2) - this sounds a bit weird, because (1) is a bit long for lyrics and because you didn't put anything to the lyrics before and after (2), so it's a little bit empty, and might be confusing, so why don't you try this? http://puu.sh/4Q1uQ.jpg - but of course it might be just me
03:06:458 (1) - use correct spacing, because the parts before this are similar, and spacing is equal, there is nothing really outstanding here which would mean a need for a jump: http://puu.sh/4Q1FQ.jpg

Very nice mapset, so there is not much to say >.< Good Luck!

hey mancuso~ :3 here taiko mods that you requested to me

  • HP change to be 5? i think 4 is too low ;w;

  1. 00:01:746 (5,6) - change to be kat don. i changed it because the guitar (i guess it is guitar sound lol) which appears at 00:01:746 (5) - has same pitch sound like 00:01:432 (4) - . and then, it becomes lower at 00:02:060 (6,7) - , so that's why i changed 00:02:060 (6) - to be don.
  2. 00:04:259 (12,13) - kat don too, the reason same like above too ^
  3. 00:07:400 (21) - it should be don, because the guitar sound doesn't become high, and it becomes lower, same like the previous notes too :c
  4. 00:12:584 - delete this note, it's not fit well to use ddd triplet at there :c but, it's fit well and nice when you used ddd triplet at 00:13:369 (39,40,41) - which you have put :3
  5. 00:30:961 (95,96,97,98) - using doubles at there aren't good things too do :c it doesn't follow any sounds if you used double notes. delete 00:31:118 - and move 00:31:432 - to 00:31:275 - . after you changed it, i think it's better to follow the vocal sound c: much better than before
  6. 00:52:322 - add don here? i think it's better to follow the vocal there, so add a note there
  7. 00:53:893 - change to be kat, to follow the "kick" sound from the song? :3 and then, to follow the kat pattern too, like 00:55:149 - ; 00:56:406 - ; 00:57:662 - which you have put at the white strike
  8. 01:05:830 - change to be don, because the pitch sound (after the vocal sound becomes lower) still has low pitch sound here :c so, to keep that pitch sound, i changed to be don which is same like 01:05:516 - don
  9. 01:18:081 - this note should be kat, to make it consistent pattern, like previous note which you used don kat don kat don kat...... and then, the pattern changes at 01:18:395 - to be don don kat don...... (the kat is at white strike, it's different like the previous pattern which the dons are at the white strike). and then, if you change it, the kat will follow the vocal sound too c:
  10. 01:18:238 - delete this, if you use my previous mod c: because kdd isn't really allowed at muzukashii diff (different triplet)
  11. 01:18:395 - and then you can add finisher here, if you use my mod before :3
  12. 01:35:044 - kat, because the sound (i dunno what kind of instrument it is.... lol) is better use kat than don :c and then i change it too to avoid different triplet too
  13. 02:26:249 - don? but, if you wanted to follow the instrument sound, just ignore this
  14. 02:41:798 - delete this, not really fit to use ddd triplet ;w; and then 02:41:955 - change to be kat << these mods will follow vocal sounds~
  15. 02:46:825 - delete this too, and then 02:46:668 - to be don
  16. 02:54:364 - delete and then change 02:54:521 - and 02:54:835 - to be kat don << i changed them all to follow the "kat" pattern again :3 which is at white strike
  17. 03:01:432 - small don, i changed it to make it consistent, like 03:02:060 - ; 03:02:688 - ; 03:03:317 - ; 03:04:573 - ; etc << they are just small notes :( and then they have same pitch sound too like 03:01:432 - , so it must be consistent pattern
  18. 04:02:060 - and 04:02:688 - change to be kat. i think it's better use kat to follow the vocal sound there

mancuso is triplet lover <3 lol xD
  1. 00:30:961 (128,129,130,131) - these aren't fit well with the song because you used doubles there ;w; the song doesn't give double sounds there. so, how about 00:31:118 (129) - change to be don and 00:31:432 (130) - move to 00:31:275 - << they will follow the vocal too
  2. 01:16:510 - kat here and 01:16:825 - don. you can hear, the vocal sound is higher at 01:16:510 - than 01:16:825 - , so that's why i change them to be kat don. and then, i changed it too to follow the "kat" pattern again which appears at white strike
  3. 01:50:123 - don here and 01:50:437 - kat? i think it's better to follow the vocal sound xD and then, to follow the "kat" pattern too at white strike 01:50:437 -
  4. 01:50:751 - change to be don, if you use my mod before ^
  5. 02:44:154 - ; 02:44:469 - and 02:44:783 - change to be don kat don? because i saw you use don to follow the vocal (02:43:840 -). so that's why i change them to follow the vocal with dons. and then, i change 02:44:469 - to be kat to follow the "kat" pattern again xD
  6. 02:58:291 - kat here, to follow the electric guitar sound there :3 same like 02:57:348 - which you used kat too to follow
  7. 03:01:118 - don? i just wanted give variation note xD i think it's boring to use kkkkd in 95BPM
  8. 03:04:259 - kat here. same like 03:03:003 - and 03:05:516 - which you used kat (the kats appear at the red strike now). you should be consistent :c
  9. 03:08:343 - big kat? ;3?
  10. 03:17:610 - change to be kat and then move 03:17:924 - to 03:17:767 - << they will be kkd k. it's much better to follow the vocal sound than you used doubles :c
  11. 03:19:181 - change to be don and move to 03:19:024 - << same like above, it's much better to follow the vocal sound than you used xxxx xx
  12. 03:23:736 - and 03:23:893 - add dons there. i added them because it's like something missing sound because you didn't use any notes before ;w; much better fill it with notes
  13. 03:34:416 - add don, to follow the beat, same like 03:34:730 - ; 03:35:044 - ; and etc
  14. 03:50:751 - change to be small note here (normal don). because the song doesn't give finsiher sound again at there and it's not fit well to use finsiher at there :c the finsiher sound just appears at 03:50:123 -
  15. 04:31:589 - don?
  16. 04:39:442 - add don here, the sound still appears at here :c don't miss it
  17. 04:39:285 - change to be kat if you use my previous mod ^

Hallo

General:
00:53:264 (1) - maybe rise up volume to 70-80% here and switch additions to soft better represent strong beat and begging of kiai imo
02:18:709 (1) - ^
03:39:128 (1) - ^

Hard:
02:24:678 (3) - try a bit flowy pattern? something like http://puu.sh/4QR47.jpg
03:45:097 (3) - ^ http://puu.sh/4QRbT.jpg

Normal:
00:11:170 (2,4) - that confused me a bit, well... 1\4 sliders on normal, not that you meet often, of course they follows song but as i said confused me a bit because i waited easier rhythm for normal
01:00:804 (4) - tbh i tried to skip this ;_; but failed, move to139:161

Easy:
seems fine

not too much map is quite ready :3

Yo!

collapsed text Meh.. tenes razon xDD.. Arregle esto un poquito xD
02:48:866 (1) - ♥ Simplemente Hermoso Gracias xDD

Listo.

Hi! Here is your requested mod :3 taiko comes later >.< Hiya! ^^

Easy:
00:38:814 (1) - it's a bit disturbing that you miss to hit the big beat in the middle of the slider, so maybe shorten the slider by 1/2? Ok, reduced in 1/2 and added a note then.
03:53:579 (4,1) - swap these: http://puu.sh/4PSp2.jpg - a slider start would fit better to a part where she starts singing, and a clap also fits better with a hit circle maybe Hmm.. I prefer to keep this, I want to emphasize the downbeat with a single note and not with a slider end.
03:55:777 (3,4,1) - I don't really like this overlap and you miss to hit a beat as well, so why not use a reverse slider instead of 2 hit circles on red ticks? e.g. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1037705 (but you would have to change a lot), but something like this could work too >.< http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1037711 Ok, fixed in the second way :P
04:42:898 (1) - I think the normal hitsound is a bit loud at the end of the slider, lower the volume? or maybe use soft sound? I used a soft whistle at the end, it fits now ^^

Also AiMod says letterbox conflicts with Muzukashii, so you should check it. Wut? I don't think so.. Maybe a bug??

Normal:
00:19:338 (2,3) - these should be 1/2 earlier, because it would fit so much better to the soft guitar sound - http://puu.sh/4PYb6.jpg I don't think so, actually it follows better the guitar, as you showed me the slider sounds earlier than the high pitch in the guitar appeared.
01:10:228 (4) - put this a little bit down for correct spacing Fixed then.
03:27:819 (2) - remove hit circle? I think it is not really necessary, and this is a slow part in the music, there are no loud beats either, actually, I think this would fit really well, both to the beats and to the lyrics: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1038094 In my personal point of view, this is following properly the vocals..
04:03:631 (4) - small thing, but you could change the direction a little bit, so that it is the same as (3)'s direction: from this - http://puu.sh/4Q05Y.jpg to this --> http://puu.sh/4Q06O.jpg (and of course replace it to where it was) Fixed I think xD
04:42:898 (2) - the same as I said on the Easy diff, the end of the slider should sound softer Done.

Hard:
00:20:280 (6,1) - shouldn't (1) be closer? >.< if you are going to make a higher spacing because of new parts in the lyrics then make it either bigger, or use the spacing that you used before Meh.. I like how it plays this spacing and I don't want a bigger one due to the music itself (you know, is slow and a higher spacing will not represent the music properly).
00:25:306 (4,1) - again spacing? >.< ^
00:39:128 (2) - to me it is a bit disturbing, that here, you could have used fast hit circles like you did 00:37:872 (5,6) - but you didn't use them. (5) and (6) is actually not that necessary, and you used them, but you didn't use any when the lyrics ask for it: http://puu.sh/4Q1dB.jpg I don't feel adding more notes here, because it is a slow section in the instrumental and actually I'm following that.
01:58:291 (6,1) - same about spacing that I already mentioned You know what I'm going to say here xD
02:08:657 (1,2) - this sounds a bit weird, because (1) is a bit long for lyrics and because you didn't put anything to the lyrics before and after (2), so it's a little bit empty, and might be confusing, so why don't you try this? http://puu.sh/4Q1uQ.jpg - but of course it might be just me I fixed this but on my own accord
03:06:458 (1) - use correct spacing, because the parts before this are similar, and spacing is equal, there is nothing really outstanding here which would mean a need for a jump: http://puu.sh/4Q1FQ.jpg Alrighty, I did a little blanketing in there :P

Very nice mapset, so there is not much to say >.< Good Luck!

Thanks Mystyk! Nice suggestions you had in there :3

hey mancuso~ :3 here taiko mods that you requested to me Hi man! ^^

  • HP change to be 5? i think 4 is too low ;w; Sure thing.

  1. 00:01:746 (5,6) - change to be kat don. i changed it because the guitar (i guess it is guitar sound lol) which appears at 00:01:746 (5) - has same pitch sound like 00:01:432 (4) - . and then, it becomes lower at 00:02:060 (6,7) - , so that's why i changed 00:02:060 (6) - to be don. I prefer to follow the guitar here and definetly this d k is the better way at least in my opinion.
  2. 00:04:259 (12,13) - kat don too, the reason same like above too ^ Same as above, I did some variety in this first part, following drums sometimes and other times following the piano.
  3. 00:07:400 (21) - it should be don, because the guitar sound doesn't become high, and it becomes lower, same like the previous notes too :c Well, something that I explained before.
  4. 00:12:584 - delete this note, it's not fit well to use ddd triplet at there :c but, it's fit well and nice when you used ddd triplet at 00:13:369 (39,40,41) - which you have put :3 Alright, and did some additional changes for a better sound.
  5. 00:30:961 (95,96,97,98) - using doubles at there aren't good things too do :c it doesn't follow any sounds if you used double notes. delete 00:31:118 - and move 00:31:432 - to 00:31:275 - . after you changed it, i think it's better to follow the vocal sound c: much better than before Fixed.
  6. 00:52:322 - add don here? i think it's better to follow the vocal there, so add a note there Nice one ^^. Added.
  7. 00:53:893 - change to be kat, to follow the "kick" sound from the song? :3 and then, to follow the kat pattern too, like 00:55:149 - ; 00:56:406 - ; 00:57:662 - which you have put at the white strike Ok.. Fixed.
  8. 01:05:830 - change to be don, because the pitch sound (after the vocal sound becomes lower) still has low pitch sound here :c so, to keep that pitch sound, i changed to be don which is same like 01:05:516 - don Vocals pitch become higher in this place in my opinion, so I'll keep this.
  9. 01:18:081 - this note should be kat, to make it consistent pattern, like previous note which you used don kat don kat don kat...... and then, the pattern changes at 01:18:395 - to be don don kat don...... (the kat is at white strike, it's different like the previous pattern which the dons are at the white strike). and then, if you change it, the kat will follow the vocal sound too c: Hmm.. After some consideration I think ddd follows better drums.
  10. 01:18:238 - delete this, if you use my previous mod c: because kdd isn't really allowed at muzukashii diff (different triplet) Meh.. I didn't change the previous suggestion so I think is ok if I keep this one due to drums.
  11. 01:18:395 - and then you can add finisher here, if you use my mod before :3 ^
  12. 01:35:044 - kat, because the sound (i dunno what kind of instrument it is.... lol) is better use kat than don :c and then i change it too to avoid different triplet too Sounds reasonable, so fixed.
  13. 02:26:249 - don? but, if you wanted to follow the instrument sound, just ignore this yeah.. I prefer to keep a kat.
  14. 02:41:798 - delete this, not really fit to use ddd triplet ;w; and then 02:41:955 - change to be kat << these mods will follow vocal sounds~
  15. 02:46:825 - delete this too, and then 02:46:668 - to be don
  16. 02:54:364 - delete and then change 02:54:521 - and 02:54:835 - to be kat don << i changed them all to follow the "kat" pattern again :3 which is at white strike Fixed, fixed and fixed :P
  17. 03:01:432 - small don, i changed it to make it consistent, like 03:02:060 - ; 03:02:688 - ; 03:03:317 - ; 03:04:573 - ; etc << they are just small notes :( and then they have same pitch sound too like 03:01:432 - , so it must be consistent pattern But this big don emphasize the new section of the son and I like how it sounds, so I'll leave this.
  18. 04:02:060 - and 04:02:688 - change to be kat. i think it's better use kat to follow the vocal sound there They are actually kats, if you meant dons, I used a don only in the last note.

mancuso is triplet lover <3 lol xD LOL! I used when they were necessary and to make the diff. more enjoyable at least xD (because the bpm is really slow.)
  1. 00:30:961 (128,129,130,131) - these aren't fit well with the song because you used doubles there ;w; the song doesn't give double sounds there. so, how about 00:31:118 (129) - change to be don and 00:31:432 (130) - move to 00:31:275 - << they will follow the vocal too You're right.. Fixed.
  2. 01:16:510 - kat here and 01:16:825 - don. you can hear, the vocal sound is higher at 01:16:510 - than 01:16:825 - , so that's why i change them to be kat don. and then, i changed it too to follow the "kat" pattern again which appears at white strike I'm following the vocals pitch here, not the ''clap'' sound and definetly d k is the best option here.
  3. 01:50:123 - don here and 01:50:437 - kat? i think it's better to follow the vocal sound xD and then, to follow the "kat" pattern too at white strike 01:50:437 - Oh.. well.. Fixed this one.
  4. 01:50:751 - change to be don, if you use my mod before ^ Alright.
  5. 02:44:154 - ; 02:44:469 - and 02:44:783 - change to be don kat don? because i saw you use don to follow the vocal (02:43:840 -). so that's why i change them to follow the vocal with dons. and then, i change 02:44:469 - to be kat to follow the "kat" pattern again xD I don't think so because I'm following vocals pitch here :P
  6. 02:58:291 - kat here, to follow the electric guitar sound there :3 same like 02:57:348 - which you used kat too to follow k
  7. 03:01:118 - don? i just wanted give variation note xD i think it's boring to use kkkkd in 95BPM I know what you mean, but the music sounds like kkkkd, so I prefer to leave this one
  8. 03:04:259 - kat here. same like 03:03:003 - and 03:05:516 - which you used kat (the kats appear at the red strike now). you should be consistent :c Okie
  9. 03:08:343 - big kat? ;3? yeah.. there is some difference between 03:08:343 - and 03:08:971 - so this will fit definetly :3
  10. 03:17:610 - change to be kat and then move 03:17:924 - to 03:17:767 - << they will be kkd k. it's much better to follow the vocal sound than you used doubles :c I'm in disagree here, if you listen properly the music, these doubles are following perfectly the guitar (and that's why I used kd dk kdkd pattern
  11. 03:19:181 - change to be don and move to 03:19:024 - << same like above, it's much better to follow the vocal sound than you used xxxx xx In this case I think I mixed vocals and instrumental in a good way, so no.
  12. 03:23:736 - and 03:23:893 - add dons there. i added them because it's like something missing sound because you didn't use any notes before ;w; much better fill it with notes Sounds reasonable, added both.
  13. 03:34:416 - add don, to follow the beat, same like 03:34:730 - ; 03:35:044 - ; and etc I knew that somebody were going to mention that xD.. Alright, added.
  14. 03:50:751 - change to be small note here (normal don). because the song doesn't give finsiher sound again at there and it's not fit well to use finsiher at there :c the finsiher sound just appears at 03:50:123 - Hmm.. Ok
  15. 04:31:589 - don? ok
  16. 04:39:442 - add don here, the sound still appears at here :c don't miss it Hmm.. I prefer to follow the higher pitch in the piano, and this fits definetly in my opinion. So, I'll keep this for now.
  17. 04:39:285 - change to be kat if you use my previous mod ^ ^

It was a complete taiko mod! ^^.. I liked it, you helped me to fix some inconsistencies, thanks for that! :D

Hallo

General:
00:53:264 (1) - maybe rise up volume to 70-80% here and switch additions to soft better represent strong beat and begging of kiai imo
02:18:709 (1) - ^
03:39:128 (1) - ^ Alright, increased the volume but I didn't use this soft addition, I think the normal one is better.

Hard:
02:24:678 (3) - try a bit flowy pattern? something like http://puu.sh/4QR47.jpg Fixed it a bit :p
03:45:097 (3) - ^ http://puu.sh/4QRbT.jpg (^)

Normal:
00:11:170 (2,4) - that confused me a bit, well... 1\4 sliders on normal, not that you meet often, of course they follows song but as i said confused me a bit because i waited easier rhythm for normal Meh.. I simplified that with a single note because somebody else mentioned me to do that too.
01:00:804 (4) - tbh i tried to skip this ;_; but failed, move to139:161 lol.. Fixed :P

Easy:
seems fine

not too much map is quite ready :3

Thanks Sieg! ^_^

Thanks a lot guys, useful mods everywhere :D!
Updated! ^_^

Hi, mancuso~
I'll focus on Taiko diffs <:

[Muzukashii]
00:08:500 (23) - Maybe making it a don to have consistency with previous pattern.
00:20:908 (61) - Maybe remove it, it sounds good and feels less overloaded (I felt this part like that, just a personal opinion)
00:23:421 (68) - ^
00:36:458 (111) - Maybe move this 1/4 beat later? I feel it'd fit better with the guitar here, also as optional, making 00:36:615 (112) a don along with this change.
00:38:814 (119) - Remove this, here the music lowers its intensity a bit, so a calm part could be here too.
00:58:605 (182) - You could remove this, and you'll keep a bit the consistency in this pattern (white, blue-white)
01:00:804 - I suggest making a slight change in the rhythm here, you're skipping 01:01:432, spot which could have a note and sound better.

01:06:144 (205) - I think if you remove this, it'd sound quite better and match drums somehow nicely.
01:08:343 - If you're making the suggestion above, I suggest making also a similar rhythm in this part, removing the triple here leaving 01:08:343 (213) alone and putting a don in 01:08:814.
01:37:086 (296) - This note played a bit weird as the next notes are following directly the drums and this one vocals, you could make it a don and move it 1/4 beat back
01:42:270 (312,313,314) - Maybe use a dkd pattern like 01:41:013 (309,310,311) as the vocals are similar here, Alternatively, you can also move 01:42:270 (312) - 1/2 beat back.
01:52:008 (20) - Remove, I think the rhythm would be a bit more interesting like in previous spots I've suggested similar ones.
01:55:935 (33) - I'd suggest to remove it, it fits for vocals, but the rhythm later doesn't seem to focus on them.
01:58:919 (43) - Remove.
02:07:400 (72,73,74) - Make this ddd, the intensity is quite lower than the previous pattern (02:04:887 (63,64,65)), if you do make 02:08:029 (75) a kat.
02:09:914 (81,82,83,84) - ^Similar as above, but also remove 02:10:856 (85) to reduce the density of notes here. As an extra, you could make 02:08:971 (77,78,79,80) a kd dk pattern, to fit better the whole pattern.
02:11:484 (87) - Maybe remove.
02:13:997 (95) - Maybe remove too, the emphasis in the music is growing from here and you may want this being consistent.
02:23:579 (124) - Remove.
02:24:678 (127) - Remove, this would allow to follow vocals better for next notes.
02:40:385 (177,178,179) - Maybe use a ddk pattern to keep the consistency of the previous pattern?
03:13:683 (258,259,261) - I suggest to remove these notes, this part is quite calm and having all these notes somehow breaks that calmness.
03:16:196 (264,265) - ^
03:16:510 - 03:26:563 - Basically there will be similar suggestions here, the note density here is almost similar to the other parts even this part being calm. D:
03:42:898 (350) - Maybe move this 1/2 beat back and deleting 03:42:741 (349), this would allow to follow the song better.
03:46:668 - A note is definitely missing here ;~; If you add it, you can delete either 03:47:924 (367,368) to not make this part too long.

*Every note marked with a plain "(maybe) remove" is meant to decrease the density of the notes a bit, and still fitting with the song.
As a little extra feedback, I felt this more like an easy Oni, there are many 1/4 patterns for a Muzukashii (remember this is the lowest Taiko diff), the difficulty itself is fine. You may soften up some spots though.

[Oni]
00:19:024 (80) - This feels a looot better as a don, dk d pattern fits better in this parts specifically (or kd k), dk k feels a bit ankward as alternating feels more natural for the guitar.
00:20:280 (85,86,87) - Using kkd here fits better for guitar imo.
00:31:903 (132,133,134) - kkd feels better as (134) has less pitch than (135).
00:47:139 (197,198) - kd
00:54:207 (224) - don.
00:56:249 (232,233) - kd
01:17:296 (317,318) - ^
01:25:777 (1) - This note feels a bit weird, there's sound there, but for some reason I don't find it suitable there, maybe it's just me.
01:56:877 - Maybe add a note here for vocals? It looked like you wanted to follow as you begin with 01:55:935 (133,134), but then the switch felt a bit weird.
02:14:940 (206) - Maybe a big don here? It fits with your actua building here.
02:20:594 (228) - don.
02:49:809 (347,348,349) - Either kdd or kkk would fit better here imo.
03:16:510 - 03:26:563 -Same as Oni, a lower density for this part would be nice.
03:40:070 (534) - don.
04:28:133 (41,42,43) - kkd sounds better imo.

A though Oni, but it's good so far <:

Now a little for standard diffs, just little things that caught my attention.

[Hard]
03:04:259 (2) - Maybe remove this note to give more emphasis to the next note, this may need a bit of fixing the placement, feel free to ignore this :p

[Normal]
I know the song is quite slow, but I feel that AR5 could fit better here, AR4 feels a bit slow for me.
03:56:720 (1) - I can see what happened here ;)

[Easy]
All those overlaps ;~;
02:44:469 (2) - Maybe you could move this around x:492 y:252, to making it look smoother.
03:41:641 (1) - As above, just this needs to be slightly above, around x:452 y:176
03:49:809 - Maybe it'll sound crazy, but a note definitely should be here, either put a circle or a slider using the previous circle.
03:56:720 (1) - Maybe open the loop a bit more?

Nice mapset overall, as always, most of these are only suggestions :3
Good luck \o/
