Hitsound pattern:
1st Part of each Kiai: clap on 4th white tick of each Stanza (measure).
2nd Part of each Kiai: clap on 2nd and 4th white ticks of each Stanza (measure).
Whistles on middle of each Kiai on 1/2 notes.
Some whistles at Intro (before 1st break).

Note on Star diff level: it's about 4 stars due to high BPM (look at most of High BPM ranked maps).

Well, this diffs rhythm is acceptable (I at least hope so - the rhythm uses 1/2 a lot). BUT the hitsounding is a total mess. The blankets can improve more, and the slider shapes, well I guess they are okay. I listed the main problems up above ^, if you see any of these again, fix it, since the rhythm / ncing / hitsounding is mostly the same. For the hitsounding, catch me IRC because i'm not really into hitsound modding in the forum

(you often use finish, then you don't use any finish at all, D:)

Are you sure about CS 3? I would increase it to CS 4, because.. it's a normal.

00:33:500 (1,2,3,4) - Most of the people know that i disagree with double sliders at all. And I don't think it's a good idea to fill the room.. it would be nice if you could map this properly, but it would also okay if you leave it, since it's consistent.
00:38:818 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Pattenr looks nice, is too hard for a normal diff though. It's too hidden, and really frustrating for newbie player who can't read this pattern. Try replace it!

01:23:362 (1,2,3,5) - This looks really really untidy made. Please make it look nicer and enjoyable for player. Try to use some curves, or a curve and a straight one, it's up to you.
01:30:674 (2) - Something to avoid again. The normal player will be like: wow that was short o.o and then he misses, he gets frustrated, you know. Try to follow the ryhthm as good as you've did it already.

The rhythm is really good for a normal! The hitsounding is horrible again, did you use any whistles / finish? I didn't mod them on purpose, because this is your diff, and not mine. Since this map is really new, you should try it yourself, I'm sure you can do this! Try to use a finish to emphasize a song extremely well. The symmetry is good used and makes it look clean.

Uhm, the diff is likeable, but the hitsounds.. i doubt that you gave much effort into it. Sorry to say that :c But it sounds really unconsistent. Let me give you some tips:

1) For the same part, use the same kind of hitsound, this means if you have part 1: you make clap clap nothing clap, and then you have the same part again, use clap clap nothing clap again
2) Claps go on the upbeat normally
3) Try to get some ideas from smoothies diff, i really liked her hitsounding, with the custom ones.
4) finishes only for emphasizing, and they shouldn't be used randomly! Also try to keep consistency!
5) If there is a special part, you can obviously break the consistency.

Note: how to? what's it? Contact me if you don't know!
First of all, do NOT abuse hitsounds. It's good to place them to emphasize music or/and vocals, but it makes no sense at all when you place them randomly.
Examples:
00:04:248 (3,4) - [Easy]
00:04:248 (1) - - [Insane]
Follow music and use fitting hitsounds with reasonable volume lvl!
Disable countdown. It makes no sense to keep it here! It doesn't even fit!
Your combo colours are way too bright. Try to fade them a bit, bright colours may annoy/hurt players' eyes while playing!
Add more tags! Something like remix techno to characterize song!

[Easy]

Personally, I'd recommend you to reduce your HP Drain by one tick to make mapset more balanced. (HP is lower than AR in other diffs)
Your comboing is really, really inconsistent! Try to follow music and do it consistent to make comboing understandable and fitting!

NC suggestions. All NC suggestions should be applied to get consistent and fitting-with-music comboing!

00:56:104 (2,3,4) - blargh, it's pretty hard for beginners to change such rhythm changes. 1/1 and 2/1 beats are consistent here, and this pattern breaks this consistency. What to do? Try my example! Sliders are easier playablle
Note: 01:28:015 (2,3) - similar pattern and way to fix
01:01:755 - same as above. Incoonsistent rhyth, Can't you map stronger and more audible beat on 01:01:755 - instead? So, yea, just slart slider on 01:01:755 - and finish it on 01:02:420
01:38:652 (2) - same as 00:15:550. Actual clap appears on 01:39:317 - therefore, you should end your slider on 01:39:317!

Well, a lot of beats are snapped to red ticks when it's possible to avoid such things and comboing isn't consistent. Fix these things and you'll get pretty neat [easy] diff!

Pretty fast song, huh? That'd be cool if you use faster AR for faster music! Try AR5 and OD/HP 4 to keep diff settings balanced!

Try to increase your OD by one tick! It'll make diff spread a bit more balanced! This diff is supposed to be insane, after all..
00:07:738 (2,3) - is it jump or.. well.. if it's jump - it doesn't fit here at all! It reflects nothing in music and ruins your flow. Same issue appears a lot, try to work on your spacing and improve your hitsounds. (mentioned is [General]).

Not really bad, but random spacing changes hurt your flow.

The map needs more work and mods, but don't give up!
