almost. its acctually vice versa, the tea gets with the water. its called like diffusion in biology or something. in simple terms, something like a movement of particles from high to low concentration.

in this case; the teabag is high in concentration. when it gets mixed with water, it causes some gay reaction to go off.

if there are at least two particles of water, and they are able to interact, i would assume they are keeping each other wet

Everything is made up of atoms and atoms dont touch each other so thats mean....

The definition of being wet is being covered with water or liquids. Water itself is a liquid and cannot cover themselves with themself, therefore, water isn't wet.
