some rules
- MUG music have highest a priority forever. xi,nekomata master,ryu*,wa.,sakuzyo,DJ amuro
- i dont mod many doujin music,such as touhou(not incloud tsukasa,and tsukasa will get highest priority),but 07th will get mod usually
- i dont like some anime maps,if u want a mod for a anime song,i'll listen to it and tell u i like it or not
- mappers which can understand chinese will get higher priority
- galgame songs will get higher priority(rita's songs and chata's will always get mod)
add a extra rule:no vocal music can post in this queue forever,even when it closed
