[Archived] Fps drops below 80 everytime the refrain in a beatmap starts

So when you play a beatmap there is this little flash that comes up everytime the refrain of the song comes up, and that causes my framerate to go from 300 to 80. I've tried to turn it off in the settings, i don't have any effects on but that flash doesn't turn off, is there any way to turn it off?
This issue only started about 3 days ago and i beleive it was turned off before somehow...

My system:
Processor Intel Core i5-2310 CPU 2.90GHz
RAM 8 GB
64 bit windows 7 .v.

The flesh in refrain is called kiai, and you cannot disable it, also what GPU are you using that you got so low framerate? Maybe try updating drivers?

Intel HD graphics family, not very great i guess

I've the same (HD 4000 probably?) on my laptop - and my fps is almost 700. Please consider updating drivers from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx
