  3. 01:18:340 (1,3) - this blanket is not perfect turn off grid snap and move the last point of 01:19:229 a little okay!
  4. 02:00:340 (8,10) - remove this 2 beats they play really weird cuz the sound in the music is too low x_x if you remove they all sound better there imo hmm perhaps. I really do like how it plays still since it flows well and the hitsound on 10 backs it up imo.
  5. 02:02:784 (5) - stack this perfect with next sliders 02:03:673 (7,8,1) - little better now. Hard to make the end stack on 2 and the start stack on 7,8,1.

I really have to apologize with how lazy I am. I completely forgot that I was planning to mod this today, so only have enough time for another partial mod. However, I promise I will do more of my mod tomorrow night. (If I don't remind me constantly)

714's Taiko Oni (I hope my taiko terminology is right. I am still new at modding taiko)
00:28:340 and 00:28:451 - add a k for the 2 light drum beats (if you are trying to give the mappers a break, I understand)
00:41:895 (237,238,239,240,241) - since the beat is so strong, I would have a D D D D pattern instead of the d ddd d pattern you have
01:26:340 - I am not exactly comfortable with taiko maps skipping over major beats like this
01:28:117 - ^ (and on and on for a few more sections. Your choice on what to do here)
01:38:784 (37,38,39,40,41) - same as 00:41:895
02:37:451 (46,47,48,49) - I know you want variety, but I have to say that k sounds weird here

01:33:673 (4) - this slider would follow the music better if shrunk to a 1/4th long single repeat slider and add a note at 01:34:117 to compensate

I suggested many blanket errors and not proper made patterns here - please go over them and fix them. I can't give you a specific reason why you should fix them, it's just because your map will gain a lot of quality if you consider doing it. I hope you can understand that!

00:00:118 (1,2) - This bothers me, the blanket is not really done well. In my eyes it looks like something that can get attention pretty well, so it would be good if you improve it.

00:03:673 (3) - Same to this one, you can clearly see that the right end is just somewhere.

00:09:006 (3) - To keep consistency, shouldn't the tick 00:09:451 - here have a hitsound, whistle? Just the same as you've used before.

00:13:451 (5) - Finish on the end, idk how to explain, in my head it's like this: 00:10:784 (1) - 1, 2 (2 finish) 00:11:673 (2) - 1, 2 (2 finish) 00:12:562 (3,4,5) - 1, 2, 3, 4 so it would be nice to see a finish on the end.

00:13:006 (4,5,1) - I know you would have to rearrange some circles, but it would look MUCH better if you place it like this: http://puu.sh/4EWgh.jpg because the flow doesn't get as heaviliy interrupted as it does now.

00:38:340 (2) - Blanket issue - move it a tiny bit to the left, for the aesthetics, and also to get a nice triangle pattern between 00:37:006 (3,1,2) - those.

01:00:117 (5) - Well this is completely up to you, but tbh, the rhythm is rather boring. To bring some more variety in, i'd suggest to remove this circle, and also to let the newbie player rest a bit, since he has to click quite many stuff.

01:09:451 - Decrease the volume by at least 20%? Because the rhythm gets more calm here, so why not let the hitsound get calm too.

01:13:006 (4) - ..Well i'm currently asking me whether you've ignored those blankets on purpose.From now on i'll just point them out as 'blanket'I can recheck it afterwards, if you like.

01:17:006 (4) - Move the red tick exactly on the slider tick, to avoid having this edge in the curvy slider. It looks a bit unsmooth if you keep it like htat.

01:50:340 (1) - Is it possible to arrange that slider that it's exactly in the middle, and symmetric? It will help if you move 01:49:895 (4) - a bit to the left.

01:55:673 (3) - I suggest moving this a bit to the bottom, let me draw you the reason. http://puu.sh/4EWKs.jpg If you compare these two gaps, you'll figure out that the one between 1 and 2 is bigger, but still, the DS is the same. But it just doesn't look really good, maybe makign a curve would also solve this. Hope you understand it!

02:17:895 (4) - Well, the finish is a really strong beat here, and people should be able to click something here, so de-reverse it and add a circle.

02:35:673 (4) - ..? What pattern does this follow exactly? I can't really approve it, how about making it straight or so? Will look much better imo.

02:44:562 (2,3,4) - Not proper made triangle pattern, you would have to move down three a bit.

03:08:562 (1,2,3,4,1) - Also, not proper made ..flower? pattern. Please make sure it has the right angle positions.

Patterns: Please fix those above, and maybe i've missed one; please fix it yourself then. But the ideas were good.
Rhythm: Sticks to a quite boring rhythm here, I suggest you removing 1 or 2 circles, also to let the player rest. (It's an easy and doesn't even have real breaks)

Overall: I'm sure it's enjoyable, after you've reconsidered some stuff.

There are rather many DS errors. I'll just point them out as such - reason is for all the same, it's really important to keep the set DS!

00:05:006 (3) - Are you sure about placing it like this? It doesn't follow the natural flow 00:04:340 (2) - of this one at all. Consider moving it to the top of it.

00:15:229 (2) - A slight blanket error, you can see it if you look on the right end of the slider. just move it a little tiny bit and it'll be fixed.

00:17:006 (6) - Well, you can see it yourself I hope. 00:15:895 (3,4) - Spacign between those 00:15:895 (3,4) - 00:16:784 (5,6) - aren't exactly the same. Please fix it, to keep consistency over your map.

00:30:340 (4) - Has a nice flow, but i'm not entierly sure if this is readable for a normal player. Consider adding a NC, which would break the consistency throughout your parts though, or just place it somewhere readable. I mean you have enough space, why keep everything there? I'm sure a placing like http://puu.sh/4FIjb.jpg would help much. (or add smth like 03:15:673 (1,2,3,4,5,6) -)

00:49:673 (5,1,2,3) - Please watch your DS. 1.19 and 1.25 are a really easily seen gap. Just keep it consistent!

Rhythm: Ok. There is enough variety, just sometimes you could follow the lyrics a bit more. Just my personal opinion though.
Placing: ..DS is all I have to say right ? The natural flow is broken sometimes, as mentinoed above. Hope you can consider fixing some

00:21:229 - Add a circle here? I can hear that you're following the background, but the vocal is jsut too strong here :3

00:51:673 (4) - Just a small blanket error between this and 2. But another problem is the really sharp angle 00:49:895 (1,2) - between those.. it's just .. a bit a flowbreaker in comparison what you have before. also this overlap 00:49:006 (6,1) - is rather bad. A good hard imo, I liked it.

Rhythm: Is good, sometimes i wish you would use some more blue ticks, but that's due to personal preference.
Placing: good emphasis of the different parts, overlaps are rather bad. remember: you have enough space, so use it!

00:03:673 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Please, you can place this star pattern better.

00:20:784 (10) - Blanket, also consider adding a NC here, 00:19:673 (7) - , elsewhise the combo gets really long..

00:23:229 (5) - Not sure about this long slider, it's too long as it would fit something in the background. shorten it would help - or just add some circles instead.

00:26:784 (5) - Strong Beat, NC? Also because of the combo. And to emphasize your.. 'star' pattern or w/e it is.

01:23:673 (5) - NC, same reason as above

01:56:562 (7,8) - Idk why you've done it again, but why don't you follow this.. idk what instrument it is. It's just the other one... it would be better if you follow this one instead of making something weird such as this >< Also the strong beat is weirdly emphasized. Maybe just me

02:06:340 (5) - How can this sound so silenced but its 70%?! @_@

03:04:006 (3) - 12 284 to prevent an untidy made 'curve' combo

03:25:673 (4,5,6) - How comes that these strong beats are just crumped there? Make a rather big jump, and use that space. :P

Placing: i like how you've empahsized some parts, and it's good to play, so why not.

00:27:673 (1,2,3,4) - Make 1 2 paralell to 3 4 to get a more reasonable pattern?

00:39:229 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - This pattern makes no sense imo, first you make a jump between 00:39:673 (3,4) - those. Which is actually a good idea, because of the finish. Then all of a sudden, 00:39:895 (4,1,2,3,4) - should build one pattern it self, since it follows the same flow. 00:40:562 (3,4) - Don't even have a jump, which would actually make sense due to consistency to 00:39:673 (3,4) - . You might overthink it.

00:59:895 (5,1) - A big flowbreaker, I also didn't feel confortable while playing. 01:00:117 (1) - What about a placement at like 216 376 to fix it?
01:00:340 (2) - If you apply ^ you could move this to 192 192, in order to get two nice triangle pattern.

01:03:340 (6,7) - I'm a bit biased about this one here. 01:03:673 (1,2,3) - While you have a pattern here, these 01:03:340 (6,7) - should be in the middle of it, shouldn't they?

01:04:117 (3) - Pretty sure you've missed a new combo here. Add it for consistency with 01:00:117 (1) -

01:41:895 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - The whole pattern here looks a bit cramped. Give it a bit more space, with using a bit more DS.

01:48:340 (6) - blanket issue with 7, it'd be nice if you could fix it to keep consistency with 01:48:562 (7,8) - .

02:21:895 (3) - This is really optional - make 1 reverse less and add a circle instead. It would be cool to click something here according to the SB, so.. that the effect will be like.. you know, this in the SB. xD

02:38:340 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Well, i mean the rhythm is okay here, yet why does it get more boring here? shouldn't it be like less spacing > big spacing? If no leavei t, but if yes you should make a bigger spacing between them (02:38:117 (4) - at least more than between this combo)

02:43:562 - 02:43:673 - two very strong beats here, please don't ignore them. shorten the slider before and consider adding two circles here.

02:50:784 (3,4) - same issue as above, 02:51:673 (5,6) - you have a blanket here but between 3 and 4 isn't one.

03:25:451 (3) - stack properly with 03:24:340 (4) - , so that you can't see the border of 03:24:340 (4) - . Just aesthetics!

Feedback:

Rhythm: Is okay most of the time, there are some spots I don't agree on, but since there is consistency and it's not technically wrong, it's alright for me.
Placing: Looks nice! Some crumpy parts, but i've pointed them out.
Gameplay: Is fun to play, CS 5 maps are quite special.


Overall: The mapspread is good, but the weaknesses are on the lower diffs (Easy and Normal), please put your full effort in to fix those untidy looking errors, to make a big step forward.

Okay that's it, i'll send you some more modders from QAT :P

Rhythm: mh, most of the time okay, but i'vem entioned these 2 above, i really disliked them. if you could change them, i'd be happy :D originally Kecco gave it to me, I really liked the suggestion, but I suppose it also makes sense that it doesn't have much to follow.
Placing: i like how you've empahsized some parts, and it's good to play, so why not.
Gameplay: is enjoyable.

  2. 01:29:784 (494) - k sounds better imo.
  3. 02:00:562 - I will say better to add a Kat here. That's not a must if you really want to follow vocal only.
  4. 02:21:895 (266) - strongly suggest you to add notes here, but still.. not a must if you want to keep it

  1. 01:10:784 (223) - k fits better, also you used kat at 02:07:673 (101) - , it can keep the consistency.
  2. 02:00:562 - Same as Oni.
  3. 02:01:895 (87) - d fits better with the vocal!
  4. 02:13:451 (118) - too much kats for that part, try to remove some kats. I suggest you can change some note to don, by following the vocal.
  5. For the break, same opinion as Oni.
  6. 02:36:562 (26) - and 02:38:340 (33) - kat.
  7. 02:39:229 (33,34,35,36) - ^ and then , I suggest you to change these to kat to make something different as it's quite boring to hit only don at that part.
The Taikos can show the uniqueness of the song, also they are fun to play as a relaxing map.
The use of kat is quite good, especially the Oni.
But I think the Muzukashii can still be improved, but doesn't matter for getting ranked, maybe try to do better in the next time.
I will say they are ready to go.

I don't know where hoshi is. She's been gone for a month already and I don't think she'll be back for a while still. I'll edit the taiko mods but I will try to keep as much she originally mapped as possible.

01:39:117 (39) - Meh.. the Triplet ruins the 1/2 Beat Ryhthm of the song. You really should remove it. Also on the following parts. hmm she did it in verse 1 too so I suppose she felt something was good for triples. I also don't want to change too much of her mapping. So probably not gonna touch.
03:06:895 (133) - k okay

Opinion: One-two Mods won't hurt on this Taiko Set, sometimes the rhythm is pretty weird but I haven't named them all since it mostly goes from my taste.

  7. 02:39:229 (33,34,35,36) - ^ and then , I suggest you to change these to kat to make something different as it's quite boring to hit only don at that part.ddkkddk then ddkdkd
The Taikos can show the uniqueness of the song, also they are fun to play as a relaxing map.
The use of kat is quite good, especially the Oni.
But I think the Muzukashii can still be improved, but doesn't matter for getting ranked, maybe try to do better in the next time.
I will say they are ready to go.

00:49:673 (5,1,2,3) - Please watch your DS. 1.19 and 1.25 are a really easily seen gap. Just keep it consistent! Sorry, but I really disagree. It is a really easily seen gap for mappers, but is it really easy to notice for beginners? They will hit it like a regular 1/2 note most likely because the gap is too small for beginners who just started to even notice. But since you took the effort to look for DS inconsistencies, I will fix the ones you mention.

Rhythm: Ok. There is enough variety, just sometimes you could follow the lyrics a bit more. Just my personal opinion though. All I can do is follow vocals D: I can't follow music
Placing: ..DS is all I have to say right ? The natural flow is broken sometimes, as mentinoed above. Hope you can consider fixing some Again, DS I don't see it as an extremely big deal like you do, especially when it is like x.05 Beginners would probably not even notice it at all. It doesn't mean it is right, but I also don't believe that it is wrong also since they will play insanes eventually and get used to jumps and all.

you still have some leadin conflicts so you need to fix them and remove letterbox from the taiko's again in the .osu

after that i will rank this, the whole thing is delightful

Hmm every lead in is already 2500. Unless I missed something. And I was wondering why I couldn't "disable" letter boxing for taiko, but it is already greyed out and it looked like letter box won't show already. (Probably because of the SB)
