THE file of https://osu.ppy.sh/s/7275 is broken [invalid]

I could download it just fine. The .osz doesn't import properly though. I was able to download the very next beatmap https://osu.ppy.sh/s/7276 So it's just a problem that that beatmap doesn't work. The creator will need to fix this issue. We cannot.

i think i get why the map is broken. it's probably because of the unicode characters used on the mp3 file?
