Why is the offset different in the Oni?
You need two taikos.

Easy
There were some things I was not sure of. The hitsounds sound inconsistent in spots, and some patterns choices I would have never have done. I had a hard time making suggestions for this difficulty that matched how you mapped so I stayed largely neutral about parts of your map. Get more mods for it.

00:07:826 (6,1) - Not sure about this transition. It looks crude to me. Having 1 below 6 would make for a much nicer pattern.
00:15:892 (4,1) - I don't like that you switch rhythms in a stack.
00:18:880 (3) - Ends on the wrong tick. It creates an improper transition into the next rhythm. I'm not sure the ideal way to fix it though. I think having a slider here 00:20:971 - feels more natural. I would have had it end here 00:22:166 - .
00:41:883 (3) - Random soft whistle on the repeat.

Normal

Hanzer tag is different than the other difficulties.
Unsnapped object ends (check AiMod)
00:00:657 (1,2) - This is quite an awkward way to start a Normal. Highly recommend reducing increasing to 1/1 length without repeats.
00:03:046 (4,1) - It would be better if you could get this closer to 1.00 spacing.
00:15:892 (1) - Not sure about this note. It's kind of distracting, because it's not the start of a rhythm, but it starts after a gap. Removing it would be best for the rhythm.
00:17:984 (1,2,3) - Spacing is confusing for a Normal, and just hard to read in general.
00:18:880 (3,4,5) - ^ Not much better.
00:20:225 (5,1) - Too close.
00:30:531 (2) - Shortly after a fast mini-repeater is not the time to have a slow long slider. I came up with this http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/865469 It flows better.
00:49:053 (4) - New combo.
00:49:651 (5) - I think this sounds better being 1/1 long and ending with a Normal clap. Fill the gap after with a note.

Hard

00:20:971 (1,2) - Missing claps on the end.
00:23:063 (6,7,8,1,2) - I don't know what to think about this transition. 00:22:764 (4,5,6) - could be curved more downward to create a better shape. 7,8 would probably look better as a slider, but i'm not sure if the flow is better. Instead of a blanketing, perhaps just have an upward facing arch coming from the slider. Example http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/865496 Not sure how the yellow combo fits into everything.
00:39:793 (3,4,5,6) - Grid snap off and space more consistently to 1.00
00:41:585 (4,5,1) - ^
00:43:676 (4,5) - Use a slider instead?

Nice switchback sliders.

00:30:680 (4,5) - for some reason I prefer this to be a slider instead.
00:35:311 (3,4,5) - Unusual looking transition. It would look nicer if 00:35:311 (3) - was a blanket with 2.I'm not sure how 5 would fit into the pattern though.
00:44:871 (4,5,6) - Bad flow IMO.
00:50:248 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - I think the structure is a little shaky here. I felt that 00:50:846 (3) - was a bit too close to the object it wraps around. The angle for this 00:51:443 (1,2,3,4) - isn't the same as the angles created at 00:50:846 (3,4) -. I lessened the curve coming out of that pattern and it seemed to play more naturally. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/869006 (you may also want to adjust the spacing to account for stack leaning). Whether or not you should move 00:50:846 (3) - further away from the blanketed object is up to you. I'm not sure how far it would need to be or how to deal with the complications it will make.

Extra
There are many design choices that i wouldn't have used in this map. Take this mod as being my opinion and don't feel pressured to change something i point out if you disagree with it.

00:03:643 (4,5) - Unusual angles. I don't agree with the end of 5 being so near to 4. You could create a more normal pattern without much trouble. Only my opinion and my advice for this part.
00:06:930 (6,7) - Completely unnecessary change of pattern from the design mentioned above. The slider end is even closer in this case. You should fix this.
00:07:527 (1,2,3) - Random in combo spacing change. This is unnecessary.
00:13:502 (5) - Bad looking curve and doesn't fit with any nearby pattern. I'm not exactly sure what the most proper way to fix this is. Creating a blanket with the previous slider is an option.
00:15:295 (4,5) - I feel this should be higher and more to the left. How about x 320 y 52?
00:19:925 (5) - What was your creative inspiration for this slider? I'm not sure I agree with including a random linear slider after a long pattern of using curved sliders.
00:23:062 Improve this shape by making the slider points more even.
00:23:361 (6,1,2) - clean up this shape. The symmetry isn't good. Pick a design where 00:23:809 (1) - is roughly inbetween the slider arcs.
00:25:153 (6,7) - Poorly designed. here's an example pattern http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/869042
00:26:348 (3,4,5) - Try cascading pattern here for better flow? http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/869045 What do you think? Use only if you like it, because it's only my opinion. I'm not sure if it's truly better than what you have now in all factors.

00:35:012 (3,4,5) - Why is your map filled with random patterns? I just threw together this http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/869053 It might not be entirely polished. It's only an example of what you might choice to do instead. I tried to end 5 so that it formed a square with the next combo.
00:45:468 (5,6,7) - Has that random feel to it, because the sliders don't look the same.
00:47:858 (1,2,3,4) - Random.., but the flow fits. I'm not exactly sure what needs to be done to fix this. Ask for second opinions.
Not sure what I think about the end of the song.



Conclusion

Needs more mods. There are issues that I cannot fix that others may be able to.

Mostly suggestions, though.

[General]
Apply tags Kyshiro and HanzeR to tags on both Taiko diffs. Their red timing section lines in those are also inconsistent with the rest of the mapset, being at 00:00:657 when they should be at 00:00:059.
The start of the last kiai in Extra seems to have been pushed back 1/4. Put it on 00:29:934 or something!
Also, it seems as if every green section are off by 1ms except for Kyshiro's Insane. Did you change the offset some time ago?

[Extra]
00:11:859 (3) - place this at x196-y220 to get some symmetry in this pattern?
00:18:282 (4) - stack this with 00:17:386 (2) ? maybe you'll have to move it a bit like this http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/878404
00:20:971 (1,2) - these two look a bit random, try making it symmetric by replacing one slider with a copy of the other, or something

i felt the pattern on 00:38:298 was a bit lacking in hitsounds, and it sounded very differently than the other small drum-sounded triples you've got at various places. i think this sounds good.
00:38:298 (1,2,1,2,4,1,2) - Drum sampleset
00:38:298 (1,1,4,5,1) - Clap, normal additions

00:44:871 (3,7) - stack these?

  2. 00:06:033 (4) - You might want to add new combo for consistency. Besides, it would feel much better to play.
  3. 00:10:813 (3) - Would be cooler if perfectly aligned with (2). Spacing isn't that much of an issue here, honestly, so there's no need to fix the next note's spacing in this case.
  4. 00:13:502 (2) - y u no note ;_; please add a note here with clap+whistle and if you're wondering about the placement, it can stay on x:140 y:168

Taiko diffs should be "Donphin's Muzukashii/Oni".


Easy
Beginners tend to follow the most dominant parts of the song that they hear. In this case it would be the melody and you should try to follow it more intuitively with your beatplacement. Also try to keep consistent spacings throughout the map so new players can learn the time-distance correlation (aka "reading" beatmaps)

00:38:598 (3) - repeat arrow is partially hidden under the hitburst, also overlapping the reverse arrow is not recommended
00:38:896 (4,5,1,2) - this part is really cluttered. It is still readable but very ugly. Try to spread this out more and avoid the overlaps
00:59:510 (2) - 01:01:004 (1) - these triple repeats are really awkward here. Might work if you split them into 2 seperate sliders without repeating

Some really weird spacing changes that are inconsistent. You should try to make the patterns perfectly readable from the first time someone plays this map (and the "Extra"-diff name is no reason to ignore this):
00:04:838 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - chaotic pattern. Try to use someting more structured here (star patterns, triangle patterns....anything)
00:15:892 (1) - starting the melody follow with the END of the slider is breaking the flow here. Try to use a slider start or circle on 00:16:191 -

Some chaotic spacings make this map very bumpy and rough to play :o
00:02:300 (6,1,2,3,4,1,2) - from 1,55x to 1,0x everything in the spacing-mix. You can change your distances for patterns that make sense but randomly changing them looks like a mistake. Focus on consistency. Interesting patterns can be achieved without completely ignoring the spacing and flow
00:01:851 (3,4) - 00:14:847 (2,3) - you avoid late overlaps by implementing previous notes into the notefollow. This is a technique that works for specific patterns but not here. You do overlap and stack on previous notes a lot throughout the map so why not keep it consistent and stack the ones here as well?
00:45:319 (6,1) - nothing big but avoid partial overlaps like this one here since it makes your map look too cramped
00:57:418 (1,2,3) - be careful with high spacing kickslider chains like this one. It still works in this case with your OD settings (you don't have to change this and I think it is still playable). It works because with OD7 you can skip the last part after the last repeat and still get full points. Consider using lower spacings for high BPM 1/4 jumps in the future to avoid this.



Donphin's Muzukashii
I'm no expert in Taiko modding but the SV combined with the high BPM seems to be much too high for a "Muzukashii".

Works even with OD10, no problem at all actually.
