This difficulty has a ton of spacing issues, like a lot a lot. Spacing on the map fluctuates between 1.00-1.20 and as a result makes it look really sloppy. I'm not going to point out every instance that this happens because there is spacing issues between almost every object (no exaggeration). You really need to go through this map with a 1.1x distance snap (I'm assuming this was the intention) and clean up all of the issues. I'll try not to mention spacing next because this would make this mod be really, really long. I'm a bit surprised that no one brought this up earlier given how many mods this mapset has, but there you go.
AR3, definitely for this difficulty.
00:03:502 (3,1) - I would recommend unstacking these and doing some rearranging here, since the 2nd approach circle coming in can makes this a bit confusing for beginners.
00:24:315 (1) - I would advise you to get rid of short 1/2 sliders on the Easy diff. Without a repeat and the low SV makes these look like two circles, and this can be confusing. For this one, I suggest deleting this slider and adding a circle at 00:24:469 - instead.
00:29:699 (1,3) - This overlap doesn't look so good.

02:04:930 (1) - This slider isn't so great because you miss the really strong beat at 02:05:392. I would say end this slider here then add a circle at 02:05:699.
02:07:853 (1) - This feels really odd compared how you mapped the first similar section. I would say keep consistent between the two. This is how you did it the first time: 01:05:699 (1,2,1,2). Keep consistency here.
02:07:853 (1,3) - Definitely fix this overlap. Unless the player has snaking sliders on then this huge overlap will cause problems.

02:46:622 (2) - this slider is causing some bad problems here. It's snapped to a weird rhythm, which isn't suitable for your Easy diff and it messes up the polarity for the following objects. 03:10:469 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - These don't work at all for me. I think this part needs to be remapped.
03:18:007 (1,2,1) - you can get rid of these, these odd breaks in the breaks (huehue) are pretty unnecessary to me.
03:24:315 (1,1) - these two spinners in a row are kind of boring, and are actually pretty bad to use on your Easy diff. Map this part out, and you can match the music instead of the vocal.
Sorry to say, but in my opinion this difficulty needs a ton of work. The spacing needs to be fixed between almost every object, which is not good. There were a lot of other problems as well that I addressed, but I know that I didn't get everything that I wanted to get to here since there are other difficulties to mod.

HP+1 and OD+1, would make the settings balance better. I think they are fine for this diff too, since this is almost a Hard diff.
SV settings may be a problem. The SV changes seem a bit over the top for a Normal, but we will see.
00:13:866 (2,3) - i would recommend changing this a bit, since the overlap gives the illusion of these being equally spaced tick-wise. Somewhere like (280,196) looks better to me since it is clear that (3) happens later.
00:18:230 - 0% volume is unrankable. Increase to 5% here.
00:19:393 (1,2,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,3,1) - you need to halve the combos here. Right now this is inconsistent with the rest of the map
