02:33:251 ~ 02:43:464 - standard soft whistle seems to fit this part, maybe try it?
03:44:741 ~ end - ^
not sure I get all the volume changes 0.0 it seems to work fine, but some parts aren't consistent, example [Hard] diff 02:14:581 (4) - is 18% but 03:28:624 (2) - is 20%. also, for example here 00:41:868 (3) - is a 6% and I can't find another 6% in the map @_@
try to make it consistent plz, using increments like 5%, 10%, 15% etc. could help :D
to clarify, the actual volume changes are a good idea so definitely keep them :) , just make sure the volumes you're using stay consistent through the map. o.o

  1. Timing is wrong the correct BPM is 108.17 (you will need to resnap all and remake some sliders)
  2. Remove Rizuka from tags is already on the artist
  3. all that kiai fountains are not rankables cuz are unnecesary and the song dont fit with they plas remove they (all the green lines inside kiai) also the others are in my opinion also unecesary since they just up and down the volume in 1% or 2% more maybe remove and use a consistent volume in all the song? around 30% in normal parts and 40% on kiai is good enought

  1. I agree with your hp5 but ar8 dont fit this map use AR 7 Also OD5 dont fit use OD6
  2. 00:29:421 this slider shape look really bad seriously try to make it symetrical.
  3. 00:32:294 (6) - this other shape look bad too try to make it just with 3 points also you can try to stack the tail with 00:30:698 just for better map design
  4. 00:34:528 (5,1) - how a player can notices this on first play since the overlap is very bad try to 00:35:804 get dont hidden by previous slider make it clean the music is so relaxin and this pattern dont fit with it
  5. 00:49:847 remove whistle and finish on the tail fit alot
  6. 01:08:996 add a circle here then start the spinner 01:09:155 in this form you gonna follow better the melody :3

Honestly i think timing is wrong, in this cases you need a expert timing'er to check timing.
At your folder i found a hitsound call "soft-hitfinish 2.wav", if you have use it should be rename as "soft-hitfinish2.wav"
Background should not as png-format.

Close "Letterbox during breaks" please, it's doesn't fit at this maps.

00:37:400 (6) - this slider's pattern looks ugly, consider make new one.

Talking of hard, to find these coordinates you have to active the snap grid and snap distance in editor, then choose the object and keep press "shift" move with the mouse and appear a white transparent line, between of the objects

  1. 00:28:124 (1,2) - The new rhythm is starting from the next downbeat. According to this I would reduce the spacing between this two sliders till 0.40 like you did for the whole previous part. 1.40x spacing should start from 00:30:677 (1) when the rhythm changes.
  2. 00:37:698 (3,1) - I don't agree about using this stack to be honest. It could confuse player being the easiest diff of the mapset because all the previous (and next as well) parts, are mapped in 1/2. According to this, I highly suggest you to unstack these two elements to avoid confusion.
  3. 00:40:571 (1,2) - I didn't get this rhythm, it's totally different from the rest. This slider should start 1/2 late (on the next downbeat) moving the next (2) circle as well of 1/2 later on the timeline. What about to use this rhythm instead puu.sh/4r3q6.jpg fits much better this part
  4. 00:51:103 (1) - Finish on this slider's head? IMO it sounds pretty nice
  5. 01:39:932 (1) - Ugly slider, make something better pls
  6. 01:57:166 (1,2) - Remove new combo from (1) and add it on (2)
  7. 02:12:805 (2) - New combo to keep consistency with 02:15:358 (1)
  8. 02:15:358 (1,2) - I would curve the slider (2) in a different way because it's covered by the previous slider and it's ugly and it doesn't flow well.
  9. 02:33:230 (1) - SC2 clap like the next 02:35:783 (1)

  5. 02:22:220 (2) - This circle fits nothing, vocal sound is on the next white tick
  6. 02:58:443 (4) - There is drum sound on the next downbeat. Move this circle on the next 1/2 tick (downbeat) removing the repeat and adding a circle on 02:58:443
  7. 03:16:315 (1) - Same here.
  8. 03:21:422 (4,5) - This random jump is unconfortable to play. I would avoid it honestly, I don't see a reason to make a jump here
