Used to play Violin, but I sucked too much and did not get lessons.
Used to play Ocarina, but I lost it, and the music book.

So right now I'm currently playing Recorder and Piano.

Drums (an old one in our school's costume room)

Guitar

I personally used to use a protech back when I was in high school and it destroyed my neck. For tenor I'd recommend BG Yoke. These things are damn comfy, last a good long while and evenly distribute weight so it's not all on your neck.

A strap that doesn't slowly choke your neck from behind...

I feel like that's more prone to slipping off for some reason and if you tighten it it'll just make it worse

You'd be surprised! I rarely have to adjust it, and it hasn't slipped on me once in nearly six years of owning it.

Piano and Guitar, I used to play the recorder when I was in infant school however when I stopped playing and learning the recorder I also forgot how to read notes.
