before this gets ranked these questions must be answered.
- Artist should be ZUN, as he is never using the other name for his works.
- Inori shouldnt be in tags. tags is not to credit someone, that should be done in the description.
- Missing / unneeded skin elements

I'm still discussing these things with itachi now.
It should be ZUN, same person and song wasn't released under Jun'ya Ota.
Metadata change of that size will need someone to rebubble it. After that, I'd be glad to check for rank
EDIT: Popping over unrankable issues
You're missing approachcircle.png and hitcircleoverlay.png, which are required if you are changing the hitcircle.
reversearrow.png is also missing, but this one is likely optional.
Inori should no longer be in the tags as they are not contributing to the difficulties themselves (hitsounds doesn't warrant inclusion into tags)

Deleted Inori from tags / added Jun'ya Ota to tags
Renamed Artist to ZUN

map is ok, but wrong approach rate in my opinion. Can almost 100% with AR9. Cant get above 90% with AR8.
