You really should use AR 9. AR 10 hurts how your map plays.
The map itself isn't particularly difficult. The only parts that are 280 bpm are a few streams that are only 3 circles in length, so it's effectively a 140 bpm stream jump map. It has roughly the same speed as val maps, maps that work very well with AR 9.
