I don't think it's a spacing issue, as exaggerating the spacing here might seem too forced, and stacking them wouldn't fit the pitch change. Maybe using a more emphatic hitsound would help to add impact, though I'm not really sure what sort of hitsound you could use. This really isn't such a big deal, but I personally would've expected these notes to have a bit more oomph to them.
Added finishes on 00:23:007 (1,2) - and 00:28:493 (1,2) - in every diff, didn't add them on the following similar notes because would've have felt too repetitive, and also because there's actually the vocal in the following parts so I don't think those couple of notes need to emphasized that much. 01:26:693 (8,1) - This looks awkward. There are other ways of creating a separation and/or adding contrast within the stream, such as varying the distance snapping, using a stack->stream pattern, etc.:
Something like this would feel very different from what you have at the moment, though.
I think the real issue is that the stream as a whole looks messy, and the pattern is straightforward and admittedly somewhat anticlimactic given all of the clever jump patterns you had building up to this. Slightly curved stream -> slightly curved stream doesn't work as well aesthetically, in my opinion, as straight stream -> curved stream or convex stream -> concave stream. But if you are going to keep this stream pattern as it is now, you should rework 01:26:093 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) anyway using
Convert slider to stream... because at the moment, (6,7,8) are misaligned.
All I did on that stream was on purpose, like the misalignments and the "weirdness" I gave to the stream as a whole. I'd prefer to keep it as it is right now.03:04:836 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Another potentially problematic stream. There's nothing wrong with the flow, it just looks awkward. The increased spacing at 03:05:436 (8,1) is somewhat unnecessary and doesn't seem to change how it plays, but it does seem to disrupt the aesthetics, and isn't entirely consistent. If you put a gap here, why not at 03:06:122 (8,9) as well, for example? Why are the streams just barely curved? And again, the end of the first 8-note stream is misaligned. See above at 01:26:693 (8,1) for some personal suggestions.

Broken imageThis sort of flow - slow curve, then straight downwards - has more impact for me personally, and the blanket makes everything look nice. If you decide to do something like this, consider increasing the SV of the second slider to something like 1.5x: not much faster than the 1.25x in the rest of the section, but enough to make things more dramatic.
