That one song is official compilation/medley of the best OSTs from game "Blitz Breaker". Artist make nice transitions from song to song + make rhythm more interesting. I think, he made it for rhythm games, because rhythm in remixes of that medley is really interesting.
About map:
That one map is 9 mins marathon with interesting fingercontrol rhythm. Map has: 1/4 doubles and triplets sections, transitions from 1/3 to 1/4 and from 1/4 to 1/6! Also that map has: 3/4 rhythm and a lot of transitions from 180 to 120 BPM!
About game:
That one game is precision challenging conceptual platformer by indie devs. Concept is pretty original for platformers: you can't move, but you have rainbow jetpack to make huge dashes. Initially game was developed for mobile devices, but than was ported to PC and consoles, because pretty hard action games not really comfortable & not enjoyable to play on mobile devices by next reasons: finger hide some part of the screen, delay of the sensor, especially with swipes.
