Easy:

00:12:386 (2,1) - I would blanket these more with the sliders.
00:53:395 (8) - New combo.
01:01:398 (13) - New combo.
01:08:901 (21) - Own its own, or part of the previous combo. I'd say on its own though.
01:11:402 (22,23,1,2,3,4) - This is its own combo.
01:37:913 (9) - New combo maybe.
01:11:402 (22,1) - Kiai time in here?

Normal:

Nice map. Kiai time suggestion same as above. ^^

Hard:

00:02:883 (2) - I'd get rid of this completely and just increase the length of the first slider.
Same Kiai suggestion as before~
