00:37:965 (1,2,3,4) - hmmm okay. I'd prefer to keep this within the flow and not interrupt the notefollow.

There are some combos that start to follow the melody but instead of keeping the follow with 1/6 notes go back to 1/4 beat follow like
01:39:405 (5,6,1) - . I personally don't like this approach but it is not "wrong". So if that is what you try to do I have no problem with it. If some of these timings are errors because you re-snapped the map in 1/8 it might be worth it to take another look. Please let me know if the 1/4 switch is intended or not.

02:14:445 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Generally, I would shorten the running pattern and start with sliders at (5). Considering the other parts in this section, the amount of circles do not exceed 4 until the next slider appears, so I highly recommend you to replace (5), (6), (7) and (8) with two sliders (also to make it better playable and not a slowstreamfest that plays iffy)

  3. 01:07:725 (1) - Since you are manual-stacking everything, consider moving this slider at x:220 y:212 to create another manual-stack 01:07:245 (1,1) - between these elements.
  4. 01:18:525 (5,1) - Consider increasing the spacing between these two elements (01:18:765 (1) - try moving this element at x:152 y:168) to make a jump between them: it would fit the music awesomely since there is an important change of the music in my opinion.
  5. 01:39:885 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Change the rhythm of this pattern in the one in the screen below (1/6) to follow the music in a better way:

  7. 02:12:525 (1) - Please, add a finish on this note, it follows the music awesomely. Also, this part is the most epic part of the song, this finish would emphasize it really awesomely!
  8. 02:20:085 (4,1) - What about adding a note on the yellow 1/8 tick between these two elements? It fits the music really well.
  9. 02:27:405 (3) - Add a finish on this note instead of the normal clap to emphasize the end of the song.
    This is completely meaningless, but why do the greenlines at 147405 and 147645 have 64% volume instead of 65%?

00:50:325 (13) - Three repeats of d k dkd and I don't like it, but it's true that there's a gap and dkk is too noticable. So I fixed it to dkd ddk dkd dkk instead od dkd dkk dkd ddk.
01:16:125 (39,40,41,42) - Frankly speaking I don't agree with that. 1st stream was strictly regular, repeating kddkdkkd. 2nd stream is slight variation of that since music is like that. Until kddkdkkdkddk, the pattern and music is similar with 1st stream. Starting with 41, it becomes different. I put kkdk in 41~44 following the pitch.
01:27:165 (6) - The pitch is identical with 4, and I followed pitch in that stream.
01:28:125 (10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20) - In 10~14, pitch goes low so I used kkddd. In 16~19, pitch goes high so I used ddkk.
01:37:005 (21) - That sounds good, applied. Also, deleted 01:35:925 and 01:37:245 to don.
01:42:645 (5) ~ 01:52:365 (16) - I want to stress out difference between kat-spamming part with non-kat-spamming part. That's a primary reason for kat-spamming so I don't want to make changes against that.

Uh, how about enabling widescreen support in storyboard options? Background is already widescreen so I don't see it necessary to be it cut out.

I also have something that, well it bugs me personally but it's not a big deal at all; The Name of Ra-S in the insane storyboard is really hidden O_O maybe you want to move it to somewhere else, or use another color!

02:01:005 (1,2) - It's the only spot which caught my Attention here rhythmically, I personally think it could be better with something like this: http://puu.sh/71nec/6e7f820988.jpg because like that you won't ignore the claps in the Background, and also you let the Player click the big White tick. (4 = 01:59:565 - in the Screen)

00:23:085 (1) - It would be nice to see a whistle or finish at the end of this slider, also it would be nice to see more hitsounds in General xD (at least in the first part)

01:21:645 (1) - Mh well, it's a quite difficult rhythm here (as in the Player has to click many things), so are you sure you wanna leave it like that? I stronlgy assume the normal Player will be confused by that. I'd suggest to lighten the rhythm, at least here, a bit up.
01:25:485 (2) - i think ctrl + g would provide better flow, I guess you've heard this alot already? :D
