Looking for a stretching routine for Tatacon players

Good morning, afternoon or evening,

I came back to play osu!taiko, but this time using a tatacon. I quickly noticed that I needed some stretching after playing 4.5* and above, however I am not familiar with any stretching routine for tatacon players.

Would any of you have a stretching routine, or know where to find one for Tatacon player? I guess a routine for arcade taiko player would also works.

I would suggest looking into stretches that drum players irl use and seeing which ones apply to you, basically what I mean by this is say after you finish a hard song (such as what you said >4.5*) try see which parts of your hand hurt and stretch those muscles accordingly.

Also a good tip is don't push yourself too hard, the last thing you want is RSI (repetitive strain injury) being the thing that drags you down.
