I am looking for a link to be able to see how many times I am first in national.

Unfortunately I'm not sure there's a way to do this. If you purchase osu! Supporter you can check this manually.

This website: store/products/208 is the closest I can think of to what you're looking for, it allows you to check how many leaderboard spots you have of whatever parameters you type in, but for global rather than national.
