[Archived] Weird Speed Up Glitch

I was playing beatmapsets/437797#osu/1044610 (Lami's Extra) HR and randomly around the halfway point the game just sped up. I saw one of my friends messaged me as it occurred but I am not sure because I have the setting that disables messages popping up during gameplay enabled. Also my game crashed right after

Could you please get the crash information from event viewer and paste it here? Heres a guide in how to do that: wiki/en/Help_Centre#event-viewer

Hm strange.
If this issue keeps happening to you, try reinstalling your graphics drivers and/or running an SFC Scan . If its just a one time thing you probably have nothing to worry about, maybe restart your computer before playing osu! again though

Are your gameplay keys near the F key (i.e. do you remember if you accidentally pressed F)?
There is a known issue where pressing F can speed up or slow down gameplay: https://github.com/ppy/osu-stable-issues/issues/566

Yes, I play on A and D so I could have possibly just fat fingered F accidently
