How do you name a map from a song that has no title and/or artist name

Title says it all, and out of curiosity. Though i don't have any intentions to map a song that meets this specification (yet, idk), but i do have an example for it

you can try to dig for metadata sources as hard as possible. in this case it could be "/ / // / /" by "x0o0x_" (google it, legit)
