I agree with pretty much everything.
I changed a few things not as recommenced though.
I renewed the hitsounds on TheEnd and reduced them on typeZero.

What difficulty is this anyways? Thought this would be the hardest lol.
Raise overall difficulty by 1 or 2?

lol idk xD its supposed to be normal but it turned out incredible hard to get a balanced Normal version.

More sliders for your harder difficulties. Your Normal uses them quite well. Transfer that goodness to the harder ones.

I generally disagree with your combo choices, but that's subjective for the most part.
I love the BG's but the music reminds me of trapper and stuff, like in the OP, more so than the female characters (despite the song's title). (I didn't download the video version. =X)

Decrease the HP Drain Rate. Also, set the Overall Difficulty to the third tick or so.
Hard

I'm going to give this a rank.
The one thing you should take note of is, for example, in the easiest difficulty, basically every 4 beats is suitable for a jump (roughly every new combo you have). Chaining them together by enforcing distance snap makes the map a bit boring and draggy.
