As requested by a friend, I made an osu standard skin themed on the indonesian Virtual Youtuber Kureiji Ollie from Hololive

This is my 2nd skin and so far I think I've improved quite a lot, any critisicm or comments are welcome!

The "version:" command in the skin.ini is set to 1.02, which is an invalid value. It should be set to 2.5

This also is not how you use the url tag:

I love This skin boy,i hope this skin got update,for my opinion,maybe you should add/make Combo Burst Image and for Mania,catch,and taiko (just my opinion,i know making skin is hard) have a great day!

How do i make skin? It tooks long to make skin because i have other stuff to do.
