I really need help with the timing, this is my first beatmap and I am basically clueless. (it would be nice to have at least 2 timing sets though, one fast and one slower if that makes any sense.)

Cannot for the life of me figure out what the bpm is. I don't know if this song has multiple bpms or something, all I know is that it gets out of sync anywhere from 20 seconds and the first chorus.
