Offsets sound accurate to me but when I play it I get 92% acc; I've copied the same style as this song in other songs and i get 99% and such.
Could someone check/fix the offsets?

Thought offset was right but someone suggested it was 3080. With that, the kick sounded wrong! :c

There are two timing points, I think the second one is correct, but the first one is off and I just can't find it, idk why.

If someone can find the bpm and offset for the first timing point, I will be so happy c:

..it would also be nice if someone could check and make sure the second timing point is actually correct.

I am really just not sure if this is how its supposed to be done and I am not sure if there are multiple bpm sections I feel like it could all be the same bpm but I just am clueless if anyone could give me some extra guideline tips ( besides the timing videos etc I have watched those and read the posts ) or either give me a starting bpm / offset where I could work with I would greatly appreciate it https://osu.ppy.sh/s/465775

It has multiple bpm changes and also odd bpm values.
It seems like notes are offbeat after ~00:22:000
I can't find the proper bpm, would appreciate some help.

I know this might be a little late...since I'm already made significant progress into making the mapset... but meh.
I'm not sure, but I feel that the timing goes off beat around the middle part of the song...
I don't know if this map has multiple bpms...or I'm just terrible...well, there's no reason it can't be both :P
