Could anyone check if the BPM/offset is correct? It was pointed out by a modder to change the BPM from 124 to 123,971 and I'd like another opinion on that since I can't really tell. Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure if there is a 2nd offset that is needed, but when I play it, I start out hitting 10ms late, but finish with 10ms early. The offset may seem right but it still gives off that incorrect feeling.
Any help would be appreciated greatly
