How would I change the color of notes in Osu!Taiko?

I've heard of people making taikohitcircle.png yellow in order to make the colors of the notes orange and green. however, with some testing, this never seems to work, the game seems to outright ignore any color on the image. would anyone happen to know how to get it to display like this in-game?
(sorry if this has been asked before.)

Yoo :)

So, yeah there is a hitcircles.png but in general, there will be in black and white. To change the colour of your circle, you have to search a file named "skin.ini". In this file, there is normally somewhere : "[Colours]" and below u can write your color in RGB code.

Example :

[Colours]
Combo1: 242, 250, 244
Combo2: 209, 209, 209
Combo3: 255, 74, 74
Combo4: 194, 0, 0

For this example, there is 4 colours

Hope i helped :)

I would consider that merely impossible. You can change by editing the colour in "taikohitcircle", but it wasn't the result you're expecting. (Tried it before and I find no luck.)

And for Pisapou's advice, it only applies to osu!standard and osu!fruits.
