Looking at it another way, learning to play against the tide by not having runes sets you up for even better play when you do get them 
anyway they make like no difference until u unlock all the slots and tier 3s and they cost millions so its not worth it until then - and even then its meh because of how much money you need, and the difference from tier 2 runes imo is not that significant
tl;dr buy champs and have fun and get some tier 2s along the way easy

K man. But if you're laning against someone who's at the same level as you, you're most likely not going to win your lane if he has a full rune page. Even if you counter him there is a very low chance of beating him..
before level 30 nobody has a full rune page, and if hes just started hes probably nowhere near there :3
even then its mostly down to skill, the bonuses runes give are relatively tinyyy

Relatively tiny? At level 1, someone with runes starting with boots and pots can reach over 40 AP without an offensive item, while someone without can't even reach 15 or so..tyrael6192 wrote:
