Remove that "Mania" word from your mania's diff because you can tell the difference the usual game mode and other game modes (ctb, taiko, o!m).
Maybe you can rename it to Pew's Break Time From Lunch!. dafuq, too long. or maybe, Pew's Energy Time! because playing o!m needs energy to play. lel
or any name that you can think besides putting the word "Mania".

Too many antijumps and 180-degree movements :<

Antijumps (irregularly shorter distance than usual): 00:33:045 (1,2,3,4,5), 00:51:777 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5), 01:09:338 (1,2,3,4,5), etc
180-degree movements: 00:14:899 (7,8,9,1), 00:24:118 (2,3,4,5,6), 00:30:118 (5,6,7,8,9), etc

Well, I assume it's Insane, so I'm not going "you must change this and so", but those make the map too unintuitive. I'd say you might want to remap those portions, or at least make those antijumps and 180-degree movements intuitive. An antijump at something like 00:03:484 where the music is silent is definitely intuitive (you used it in 00:08:021 (8) for example). Compare with 00:33:045 (1,2,3,4,5) where the music is of relatively equal intensity but you use an antijump; that doesn't make sense to me. (About 180-degree movements, I can't figure out how a 180-degree movement can fit anything though; probably simply because I'm not used to it.)

Pew's Mania Time!

Too many speed changes, and a few are too weird. Those I found: 00:22:354 (the music is still fairly loud), 00:38:781 (the music decreases in intensity but you have a speed-up change), 01:08:635 (I think it's better the reverse way; it starts slow, but speeds up approaching a chord and immediately slows down again after the chord for speeding up for the next chord, etc).

Also:
00:23:232 (23232|2,23305|3,23379|4) - I suggest changing these to 1/6 beats instead. Same thing with 00:32:598, 01:12:257. You use a hold for 01:21:769?
00:53:086 (53086|4,53159|3,53232|2,53305|1,53379|3,53379|0,53525|6,53598|5,53671|4,53744|3,53818|5,53818|2) - What are these supposed to be? I'd suggest 53086,53159,53232,53379,53525,53598,53671,53818,53964 instead.

I mean precisely that. Before, the rhythm is very wrong; now it fits the notes perfectly.

The rhythm is false. This one fits the rhythm better (http://puu.sh/3M0S1.png); just play at 25% speed. (The pattern is not fixed; you're free to experiment with the pattern. But the rhythm.)

Just so you know there's only anti-flow, and it's not really bad to play with but I did overused it so yea.
