A bunch of crap isn't snapped by just a little bit, just tell osu! to re snap all notes and it should be good. Done
There's a lot of kiai in here, maybe remove some? Removed some kiai

Missed a couple things in my original mod.

[Normal]
All of the timing sections that change the sample set are right on the beat they are meant to affect, this is wrong, please move all the sections that change the sample set and move them back 1/4.

[Hard]
01:31:320 - This timing section needs to be moved back 1/4.


[Roley's]
All of the times the sampleset or volume changes in this map, it's right on the note, which is not right as if a players hits that note just slightly early, it will give you the settings of the previous section. Please go through all of the sections change the volume or hitsounds (not if they they don't affect the hitsounds) and set them 1/4 back with the exception of these ones:
00:36:042 - This is on a slider end, so it's fine where it is.
01:31:320 - This can't go 1/4 back as there's a note there, so the next best thing is to move it 1/8 back.
01:46:875 - On a spinner, doesn't matter to change.
02:51:042, 02:51:181, and 02:51:320 are part of 1/4 steams, so instead they go back 1/8.
02:53:264, 02:53:403, and 02:53:542 are the same as the above.
02:54:931 (6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - This stream has timing sections like the above.

Also, I think this difficulty needs to turn on the epilepsy warning... you can do this by going to:

It's under misc. toggles and check 'Display epilepsy warning (storyboard has quick strobing)'.

Overall, nice map... most of these are just suggestions. I think the most important bit is to decrease the volume a bit! I found it really, really difficult to play or listen to the map without decreasing the hitsound volume first, so you should really consider doing this. XD

Since you asked for an Easy-specific mod~

[Easy]
This first section's new combos are kind of unintuitive. Try doing one every four beats, then have that long slider be it's own combo.
Some of your combos run a bit long for an easy as well.
00:30:209 (5) - New combo
00:39:653 (1) - New combo
01:31:320 (6) - New combo
01:31:875 (1) - Remove new combo
01:33:542 (4) - Shape this slider so it doesn't crumple in on itself. It doesn't look very good, and also mixing in that red tick slider right after it just felt kind of bad for this difficulty.
01:40:209 (1) - Really soon after a spinner for an easy. Honestly, it feels better if you map through the spinner.
01:43:264 (1,2,4) - Do you really need to do each hit? I've been trying to ignore a lot of the red tick stuff, but this is pushing the limits of an Easy, imo
01:53:542 (5) - New combo
01:56:598 (3,4) - Why?
01:57:986 (1,2) - Doesn't feel right at that point in the song at all. :/
02:02:431 (3) - New combo

The diff is okay - it just doesn't look very polished to me because of the slider formations.

I just... really couldn't get into this difficulty compared to the song.

I strongly recommend removing all 1/4 stacks/streams. You can compare it with 1/2 beats at 216 bpm wich is without a doubt too fast for a normal difficulty.
01:15:764 (7) - New combo
02:09:098 - End kiai time here

Easy
02:09:098 - Place a beat here to end the song.

Fix this and I'll bubble it! :P

00:22:709 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This combo doesn't really make sense, it goes from instruments to vocals without changing combos, this can be very confusing and it doesn't feel right.

Much better than I remember it to be. I would shoot a star if I could so I'll shoot a pink one. And if you tell me when you're done looking at my post, I may just put on one of these:

He replied that he's not active and haven't felt "the osu spark" for awhile. And I don't really have the energy right now to map both diffs 'till the end. Also, it wouldn't be so much of Matmas diff if I mapped half of that :D. So if it's okay to You Sir, I'd like to keep them as they are :P
