my osu screen have some bugged lets me explain with fast
when im starting osu the screen will focusing to left top corner my monitor like resolution 640x480 and when its complete will be fullscreen and fine again then when im uncheck the Fullscreen mode even its fullscreen with (native) resolution my cursor is trapped in resolution 640x480 also when im alt+tab is still trapped in osu resolution 640x480 im trying fixing this myself about 3 hours+ and nothing worked im already tried uninstall and install back also delete all the DATA before install again and nothing worked is still bugged when starting also when quit osu its still trapped at osu resolution 640x480 but when im click on my browser its back to normal like nothing happened im so confused here please help me and sorry for my bad english thanks http://prntscr.com/17w8co http://prntscr.com/17wbp2 (extra: and because this problem i also can't live streaming again =_=)

what is your resolution before running osu?

i think is 640x480 and after that i got some freezing then im force close my osu and open it again and ta-da! its stucked

So u mean its not resolve yet? *im kinda really confused*
Replication steps.

1. Set windowed mode to 800 x 600 < It has to be this resolution
2. Check fullscreen in options
3. Choose a widescreen resolution (The only ones I have available to me are 1280 x 800 and 1440 x 900
4. Enter edit mode menu
5. Notice cursor is in a restricted box.
im tried that not worked...
some info again: when i uncheck the fullscreen mode my cursor will trapped at resolution 640x480 (always) but the screen is native :\

i think you enable 640x480 in compatibility tab of osu file property. uncheck it and try again.

can't im already do like that about 3hours i think check all the resolution check uncheck check uncheck o_o"
oh wait i got something weird again when im set my resolution at like just say 640x480 and check the Fullscreen mode when i
enter the Edit menu its become non-fullscreen mode or i mean its get automaticly uncheck

here is my replicated problem:
1. check the hightlighted checkbox as like the image below

2.Run osu!... screen will be autoset to 640x480 during loading(like your posted sshttp://prntscr.com/17wbp2)
3. Make it fullscreen(any resolution of your choice).note: if your screen is window mode at start then osu will set as 640x480 and looks like fullscreen. and you have only one resolution you set and that is 640x4480.
4. Now uncheck the fullscreen mode.
5. Set your resolution of your choice except 640x480
6. Move cursor to the 4 edge of screen(http://prntscr.com/17w8co). Closing osu then alt+tab will back to normal.

Solution:
Uncheck 'run in the 640x480 resolution' to run the osu without changing its resolution while loading...

OH WAIT ! thanks man now i my osu work with normal i just need uncheck the "Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution" thanks alot
