tapping/streaming speed

how should i increas it? i can only stream about 150bpm for about 15 seconds and then i get tired, by alternating i can get to about 200bpm without streams
should i just keep trying to play high bpm maps or should i switch to left hand mouse and right hand keyboard becuase i can tap faster with my right hand? (my left mouse aim isnt that bad)

I play demetori emotional skyscraper a lot and that map helps me improve a lot? : P
in the beginning I got like 45% every time I played it
after a while it was like 55%
now my average is 65% : P
playing a lot helps : P

buy a mech keyboard? : P (I don't have one but I will buy one with red switches after the summervacation)
idk if lifting helps or if it does not : O
I guess it does so I'll start lifting myself? : p

and lol wtf never use your mouse with your left hand if you are righthanded lol :l
