Really good map. :D

Easy
I find this pretty good, can't find something wrong here.

Normal
00:47:889 - I think a note here would be good.
00:57:000 - 00:58:334 - How about, make (1) just half of the slider w/o the bounce, and make (2) the finish of a new slider?

Hard
00:51:667 (1) - I think this note should be from the same last combo

Insane
00:15:000 (1) - I'd keep this note at the same combo (5)
01:11:445 - 01:12:778 - Not sure if this is a good idea, but why dont you make this into a long stream?
Why dont you add a note here 00:53:000 - and another one here 00:53:223 - It could be nice :D

EDIT:
For the Normal one here 00:57:000 - 00:58:334 I mean like this

done

Going to say no here. I really like the repeating slider here.

Hard
00:51:667 (1) - I think this note should be from the same last combo
I don't agree there, this is an important NC to show a change in slider velocity and to mark a new section of music.

Insane
00:15:000 (1) - I'd keep this note at the same combo (5)
done

It seems that a stream here would feel overmapped imo. But thanks for mentioning this because I'd like to test some other things at this spot.

That's a nice suggestion but I'm going to have to decline. I really like the pause in between the large bass hits. The intention here was to stop flow at the first slow slider, and then have it gradually pick up again as the jumping starts.

Thanks very much for modding and star!
Tari
a quick check on insane

log is here :

22:19 Tari: well
22:19 Tari: I have something you could change
22:20 UnitedWeSin: kkk
22:20 Tari: spacing needs to be increased here
22:20 Tari: 01:03:889 (1) -
22:20 Tari: T_T
22:20 UnitedWeSin: how so?
22:20 Tari: inconsistent
22:21 UnitedWeSin: same as 01:02:334 (1) - x_x
22:21 Tari: same as 01:14:556 (1) -
22:22 Tari: which is not
22:22 UnitedWeSin: -.-
22:23 UnitedWeSin: did you mean 01:18:111 (1) - ?
22:23 Tari: stuff out of the kiai is really mixed rhythm
22:23 Tari: no
22:23 Tari: but stuff in kiai you need to make sure you use consistent spacing
22:23 Tari: because stuff in there repeat
22:24 UnitedWeSin: spacing can be different in the second half x.x
22:24 Tari: 0.0
22:24 UnitedWeSin: the first half is less jumpy
22:24 UnitedWeSin: on downbeats
22:25 Tari: if you really want to keep thats
22:25 Tari: its fine
22:27 Tari: and I feel you should swap the position of these two notes
22:27 Tari: 01:24:556 (4,5) -
22:27 Tari: besides that
22:27 Tari: rhythm seems fine in insane
22:28 Tari: one more thing that caught my mind
22:28 UnitedWeSin: hrm
22:29 UnitedWeSin: my intention there is a jump on the bass beat
22:29 UnitedWeSin: and then a jump into the finish
22:29 UnitedWeSin: so jump on the 6 seems more fitting
22:29 Tari: you should really try something else here
22:29 Tari: 01:03:223 (3,4,5) -
22:29 Tari: the back and fash circle jumps seem abusive
22:29 Tari: should only represent certain parts in the music
22:30 Tari: and fix this too
22:30 Tari: 01:17:445 (3,4,5) -
22:30 Tari: if you do that
22:31 UnitedWeSin: maybe
22:31 Tari: and the combo's are too short for insane
22:32 Tari: some people will say so too.
22:32 UnitedWeSin: =w=
22:32 Tari: you can possibly remove it
22:32 Tari: here
22:32 UnitedWeSin: which these? 01:18:111 (1,2) -
22:32 Tari: 01:03:889 (1) -
22:32 Tari: no
22:32 Tari: oh well yeah
22:33 Tari: both parts should have nc's
22:33 Tari: LOL
22:33 Tari: I mean removed nc's*
22:33 Tari: if you make a note a separate combo
22:33 Tari: you should make it stand out more
22:34 UnitedWeSin: lemme try
22:34 Tari: i'd watch your spacing sometimes
22:34 Tari: its very inconsistent
22:35 Tari: thats why I say Blanket abuse@UWS
22:35 UnitedWeSin: you don't really need consistent spacing to make a map play well
22:36 Tari: talking about flow movement
22:36 Tari: but whatever
22:36 UnitedWeSin: ;_;
22:36 Tari: but its not big deal on this song
22:36 Tari: its anime tv size map
22:36 Tari: so you can really expirement with it
22:36 Tari: unlike long songs
22:36 Tari: lol
22:37 Tari: its just the kiai
22:37 Tari: that has really similar rhythms
22:37 Tari: everything else as I said
22:37 Tari: you can play around with
22:38 UnitedWeSin: yea
22:38 UnitedWeSin: the kiai has simple rhythms
22:39 Tari: sure but spacing helps with reading and that is part of flow lol
22:39 Tari: but yeah
22:39 Tari: map seems nice
22:39 Tari: just some rhythms shouldn't be like the others
22:40 Tari: and could of been mapped a little differently
22:40 UnitedWeSin: in kiai?
22:40 Tari: yeahhh
22:41 UnitedWeSin: it's just the same music repeated -.-
22:41 Tari: well yeah
22:41 UnitedWeSin: placements are way different
22:41 UnitedWeSin: in each half
22:41 Tari: placements are similar
22:42 Tari: well
22:42 Tari: yeah they're different
22:42 Tari: exept I really want you to change some rhythms
22:42 Tari: cause
22:43 Tari: I'm pretty sure 01:17:445 (3,4,5) - isn't very similar to 01:13:889 (3,4,5) -
22:43 Tari: but I guess its just me
22:43 Tari: just to make the map more interesting.
22:43 UnitedWeSin: ?
22:43 UnitedWeSin: those are different verses
22:43 UnitedWeSin: oh
22:43 UnitedWeSin: yea
22:43 UnitedWeSin: same rhythm
22:43 UnitedWeSin: it's fine
22:44 UnitedWeSin: both parts have 3 vocal hits
22:44 UnitedWeSin: in the same way
22:44 UnitedWeSin: so 3 circles is a simple rhythm
22:44 Tari: yeah its fine
22:44 Tari: don't need to ignore me
22:44 Tari: but there could be more creativity in that.
22:45 UnitedWeSin: yea ;_;
22:45 UnitedWeSin: but it's simple and plays really nice t ome
22:45 UnitedWeSin: to me*
22:45 Tari: okaaaay
22:45 UnitedWeSin: which is what I was going for
22:45 UnitedWeSin: too many of my other maps play like trash
22:47 UnitedWeSin: what do you think about adding note at 00:51:667 (1) -
22:47 Tari: map seems fine
22:47 UnitedWeSin: and 00:53:223 -
22:47 Tari: but seems to be blanket abuse still
22:47 Tari: but not an issue
22:47 Tari: just me
22:47 UnitedWeSin: <3
22:47 UnitedWeSin: you and your hatred of blankets :) <3
22:47 Tari: don't hate them
22:47 Tari: just too much not pretty
22:48 Tari: oh yeah that should be fixed
22:48 UnitedWeSin: but what do you think about adding circle there?
22:48 Tari: that slow slider ruins flow
22:49 Tari: yeah talking about this one
22:49 Tari: 00:51:667 (1) -
22:49 UnitedWeSin: ruins flow?
22:49 UnitedWeSin: orz
22:49 UnitedWeSin: that the highlight of the map
22:49 Tari: fine
22:49 UnitedWeSin: percussion stops
22:49 UnitedWeSin: so does flow -.-
22:50 Tari: but trust me
22:50 Tari: only because of this section in the music
22:50 Tari: 00:55:223 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,1) -
22:50 Tari: it fits
22:50 Tari: if that section was gone
22:50 Tari: that would feel really bad
22:50 Tari: it fits
22:50 UnitedWeSin: yea the build up was the intention there
22:52 Tari: 9h4h
22:52 Tari: bleh
22:52 Tari: well
22:53 Tari: one more thing
22:53 Tari: 00:41:667 (3) - this slider
22:53 Tari: needs to be the same as
22:53 Tari: this slider 00:41:000 (1) -
22:53 Tari: which it is
22:53 Tari: but I feel it should go in the same direction
22:53 Tari: QAQ
22:54 Tari: can you possibly Ctrl+G that?
22:54 UnitedWeSin: 00:40:778 (8,1) - pattern is repeated at 00:41:445 (2,3) -
22:54 UnitedWeSin: just reversed
22:54 Tari: yeah
22:55 Tari: well ok
22:55 UnitedWeSin: which is following the vocals in that she jumps high on the 2 and holds again for the 3
22:55 UnitedWeSin: was the intention -.-
22:55 Tari: ok ok ok
22:55 Tari: just wanted to make sure
22:55 Tari: because those are two similar vocal points
22:56 UnitedWeSin: :3
22:56 Tari: so copy-pasting them would make sense too
22:57 Tari: and be wary about
22:58 Tari: this note
22:58 Tari: 00:54:334 (1) -
22:58 Tari: because its not part of vocals
22:58 UnitedWeSin: true
22:58 Tari: so it should be really stand out ><
22:58 UnitedWeSin: mostly following bgm build up here
22:59 UnitedWeSin: the 2 long sliders
22:59 UnitedWeSin: then when the music starts to pick up
22:59 UnitedWeSin: the clacking in the bgm
22:59 UnitedWeSin: idk
22:59 UnitedWeSin: that's when we start clicking on this white tick
22:59 Tari: ok
22:59 UnitedWeSin: vocals are ignored through the whole combo
22:59 Tari: you can keep that too
22:59 UnitedWeSin: I haven't seen anyone miss there
22:59 Tari: jeez
22:59 UnitedWeSin: <3
22:59 Tari: you were prepared for the things I was going say LOL
22:59 UnitedWeSin: great point though
23:00 Tari: hehe
23:00 Tari: lets see what else I can find
23:00 Tari: well
23:01 Tari: personal preferance
23:01 Tari: but I prefer you use color hax here
23:01 Tari: 00:57:889 (1,2,3,4) -
23:01 Tari: it looks pretty
23:01 UnitedWeSin: speaking of colors xD
23:01 UnitedWeSin: i'm still using default
23:01 UnitedWeSin: I need new ones ;_;
23:02 Tari: actually
23:02 Tari: current colors seem fine
23:02 Tari: pink and green should be in there for sure
23:02 Tari: LOL

o3o/ why so pro ;_;?

General

  1. Video size is a little big. I recommend under 12mb↓
  2. Add muted soft-sliderslide2. in tick-rate 2, slider's passing way is a little noisy.

Easy

  1. 00:59:667 (2) - Fit distance x1.0?
  2. 01:27:111 (1) - Add more crescendo and decrescendo?

Normal

  1. 00:10:778 (4,5) - How about this rhythm? following string sound much better.
  2. 01:14:778 (3) - HP bar little touched. move to better place.
  3. 01:25:223 (2) - Add clap?
  4. 01:27:111 (1) - Same as Easy diff.

Hard

  1. 00:29:890 (2) - SV changed. NC
  2. 00:35:445 (1,2) - Reverse NC. players might confuse 00:35:889 (2) this circle.
  3. 01:13:000 (1) - Ctrl + G? jump is more better this sound.
  4. 01:16:556 (1) - Move to x:351, y:84. not perfect stacked.
  5. 01:27:000 (3) - NC? sound was changed.
  6. 01:27:111 (1) - Same as Easy diff.

Insane

  1. How about this rhythm? number 1 is good to downbeat sound.
  2. 00:14:111 (1,2,3) - So sharp jump in 1/4 beat. how about this?
    This is code.

  5. 00:56:334 (2) - Move to better place. stack is not appropriate this sound. like x:212, y:308?
  6. 00:57:445 (1) - Same as 00:14:111 (1,2,3) how about reduce distance?
  7. 01:27:111 (1) - Same as Easy diff.

Easy

  1. 00:59:667 (2) - Fit distance x1.0?fix :3
  2. 01:27:111 (1) - Add more crescendo and decrescendo?I think I'll keep spinner completely silenced. ;_;

  1. 00:10:778 (4,5) - How about this rhythm? following string sound much better. Since was mentioned before, I'll just make 1/1 rhythm.
  2. 01:14:778 (3) - HP bar little touched. move to better place.orz yes, had to remap here
  3. 01:25:223 (2) - Add clap?finish works fine for me

  1. Such an awesome map! But it's hard to find it :< Add more tags, so we'll be able to find it faster! Tags: My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute (english title) and A-1 Pictures Inc. (you use thier animation as background video, why can't you credit them?) :V
[Insane]
  1. You use a lot of jumps, so AR9 will make this diff even more interesting and playable! The faster AR the more fun we'll have!

    This diff is amazing!
[Hard]
  1. About these x0.75 SV changes: the diff itself is very easy-playable. 1/1 rhythm, nice flow. and then, suddenly you use slowdowns. In such an easy diff they confuse players and look kinda 'extra'. So, I'd recommend you to remove these velocity changes because that's the only thing that I don't really like in this map.
  2. 00:25:000 (1) - this slider is overlapped with scores and timeline. So, you'd better move it somewhere else. 1024x768 display (4:3)
  3. 00:28:556 - how about placing an 1/1 slider here to follow vocals? I think it'll fit here perfectly. At least, try t map beat at 00:29:000 - because it's mapped in easier diffs and because it's sounds empty without an object here.
  4. 00:51:667 - if you've removed those x0.75 slowdowns, you can use x0.75 here to make SV change a bit softer. It'll fit here better, imo.
[Normal]
  1. Change AR to 5, so you'll get better-valanced diff spread and more enjoyable [Normal]. AR 5 fitw with Slider Velocity better and looks so good here, you really should try it!
  2. 00:03:000 - i feel like you shuld place here a circle to follow your rhythm bette. This beat is mapped even in [Easy] diff, that's why you shouldn't ignore it here!
  3. 00:35:667 (1) - NC here kinda ruins your combo pattern. Both combos are too short, I'm sure that removing this NC will make your pattern more consistent!
    Note: 01:11:000 (1) - same here, I guess.
  4. 00:51:667 (1,1,2) - same as [Easy], if you'fe fixed it there - do the same here.
[Easy]
  1. I can't say that I like this x0.75 slowdown because it affects only three sliders. So, it is too short and it may confuse/stress beginners. Feel free to use it, but make sure that it is really needed here!
  2. 1/2 patterns aren't common for [Easy] diffs. Consider changing OD to 1, so these 1/2s will be more beginner-friendly!
  3. 00:01:445 - I'd place here a circle to be consistent with other diffs. It won't stress players too much, trust me.
  4. 00:04:334 (3) - same goes for every diff - don't you feel like this beat should have a whistle? It sounds kinda similar with 00:03:445 (2) - where you have a whistle! So, it'll be a good idea to place whistle at (3)'s tail, too!
  5. 00:28:334 (3,1) - that's the only overlapped pattern in this diff. It looks cute, but may confuse beginners a bit. Try something like this (warning: huge screenshot) instead?
  6. 00:51:667 (1,1,2) - what if we'll place a spinner here? Long empty space looks inconsistent and plays strange. So, spinner will be a good idea! Consider finishing spinner at -00:54:334. example
Note: if you've fixed this suggestion, you probably should remove NC at 00:57:000 (1) - to make comboing consistent.

Placement
01:04:111(3) current seems fine but to be symmetrical, I suppose it will be more nice
01:16:556(1,3) use same slider? yeah, it will be consistence.
Rhythm
00:26:778(1,2,3) a bit weird for me since. you can follow the vocal only better.
01:22:778(3,4)same suggestion on above.

[Normal]
Rhythm
00:14:111(1,2,3) highly sugguest this pattern, current seems weird for me.
00:29:223 add a note here? it will be better to follow the vocal
00:38:334~ sounds not good imo. you can use more red line since it would be more rhythmical.you shouldn't change all but I recommend it. e.g)

01:12:778 add a note here?
Hit Sonud
00:03:445(2) delete whstle at end. I don't find it in other diffs.
[Hard]
Placement
00:22:111(2)change the direction like this? it will be nice flow
Rhythm
00:08:111(1) I don't suppose the reverse fits to vocal or music. so just simply , put like this?
01:25:445 I suppose you can pick this sound up to follow the vocal better.
Hit Sonud
00:22:111(2)sounds better if add soft-whistle.
[Insane]
Placement
00:33:223(4) to be consistence, 1 grid right better
Rhythm
00:27:445(2,3) swap better to follow the vocal. e.g)
00:57:445(1) use ×1.00 in this part? the change of velocity seems effective to play the diff.

overall fine I suppose. good luck with star :)

I don't agree there. AR9 is way too fast for this BPM and creates a tension that doesn't fit imo.

    This diff is amazing!
    Thank you~
[Hard]
Personally I really enjoy the slowdowns when they can represent something in a song, which is what I'm trying to to here. I think they fit well with the difficulty, so I'd like to keep them.
  2. 00:25:000 (1) - this slider is overlapped with scores and timeline. So, you'd better move it somewhere else. 1024x768 display (4:3)
    kk
  3. 00:28:556 - how about placing an 1/1 slider here to follow vocals? I think it'll fit here perfectly. At least, try t map beat at 00:29:000 - because it's mapped in easier diffs and because it's sounds empty without an object here.
    kkk I mapped it out
  4. 00:51:667 - if you've removed those x0.75 slowdowns, you can use x0.75 here to make SV change a bit softer. It'll fit here better, imo.
The intention is for flow to suddenly slow down. It wouldn't feel right if we slowed down before to prepare for it imo.
[Normal]
  1. Change AR to 5, so you'll get better-valanced diff spread and more enjoyable [Normal]. AR 5 fitw with Slider Velocity better and looks so good here, you really should try it!
    ok
  2. 00:03:000 - i feel like you shuld place here a circle to follow your rhythm bette. This beat is mapped even in [Easy] diff, that's why you shouldn't ignore it here!
    kk
  3. 00:35:667 (1) - NC here kinda ruins your combo pattern. Both combos are too short, I'm sure that removing this NC will make your pattern more consistent!
    fix!

    Note: 01:11:000 (1) - same here, I guess.
    kk
  4. 00:51:667 (1,1,2) - same as [Easy], if you'fe fixed it there - do the same here.
I'll make placement similar to the Easy.
[Easy]
The vast majority of the rhythms are 1/1 in this diff, so I think I'll stay with 2. Do so also because the normal is 4 and the hard is 6.
  3. 00:01:445 - I'd place here a circle to be consistent with other diffs. It won't stress players too much, trust me.
    Placing a circle here means that I couldn't have the whole section centered on the axis like it is now, so I decided not to add. ;_;
  4. 00:04:334 (3) - same goes for every diff - don't you feel like this beat should have a whistle? It sounds kinda similar with 00:03:445 (2) - where you have a whistle! So, it'll be a good idea to place whistle at (3)'s tail, too!
The reason why I didn't place a whistle here is because I only wanted a whistle on the main important beats in the section, 00:03:445 and 00:05:223 in each diff. The whistle at 00:03:445 fits with the sharp vocal "ta" more so than on the head of the 3. I fixed in normal diff though. :3
  5. 00:28:334 (3,1) - that's the only overlapped pattern in this diff. It looks cute, but may confuse beginners a bit. Try something like this (warning: huge screenshot) instead? I'd like to keep this if possible, I don't think it will be a problem for beginners, and it's a unique placement that they wouldn't see very many other places.
  6. 00:51:667 (1,1,2) - what if we'll place a spinner here? Long empty space looks inconsistent and plays strange. So, spinner will be a good idea! Consider finishing spinner at -00:54:334. example
Note: if you've fixed this suggestion, you probably should remove NC at 00:57:000 (1) - to make comboing consistent.
Really great suggestion but I'm going to decline. I'd like to stick with my original intentions here, I think the silence has a nice effect.

I'd like to keep current for variety in sliders there.

01:16:556(1,3) use same slider? yeah, it will be consistence.
ok

Rhythm
00:26:778(1,2,3) a bit weird for me since. you can follow the vocal only better.
I'd like to keep the current rhythm.

01:22:778(3,4)same suggestion on above.
I'll make it more simple here.

ugh, you're brilliant, fixed

00:29:223 add a note here? it will be better to follow the vocal
kk

00:38:334~ sounds not good imo. you can use more red line since it would be more rhythmical.you shouldn't change all but I recommend it. e.g)

going to think about this a bit

01:12:778 add a note here?
going to leave blank for now

Hit Sonud
00:03:445(2) delete whstle at end. I don't find it in other diffs.

00:22:111(2)change the direction like this? it will be nice flow
I prefer to keep the flow from the 1 and have this 2 reset it.

Rhythm
00:08:111(1) I don't suppose the reverse fits to vocal or music. so just simply , put like this?
current rhythm is fine imo to follow bgm

01:25:445 I suppose you can pick this sound up to follow the vocal better.

Hit Sonud
00:22:111(2)sounds better if add soft-whistle.
It's a nice idea but I'm going to leave it without. ;_;

[Insane]
Placement
00:33:223(4) to be consistence, 1 grid right better
done

Rhythm
00:27:445(2,3) swap better to follow the vocal. e.g)
I prefer current rhythm, mostly trying to follow the motion suggested by the bass.

00:57:445(1) use ×1.00 in this part? the change of velocity seems effective to play the diff.
I'd prefer not, the slow slider after the jump fits well with the bass imo.

overall fine I suppose. good luck with star :)

Poor Kyousuke.
00:01:445 (1) - I'd delete this in all diffs (except in Easy as there's nothing). I think it may be a bit unexpected.

[Easy]
00:33:000 (4) - Remove the clap in the end here, sounds a bit weird.

[Normal]
00:42:334 (3,1) - This looks a bit weird, you maybe did this on purpose though, but I think something like this would look better imo.
00:56:334 (3) - Maybe remove clap?
01:27:000 (1) - Remove NC?

[Hard]
Nothing wrong found, just noticed there's a very few of short combos.
01:27:000 (1) - Remove NC?

[Insane]
00:53:445 (1) - I expected this being a bit slower, maybe use 0.60-0.65x for SV multiplier?
00:57:000 (1,1) - I'm not really sure about this, I think is too long for a 1/4 jump, and harder because that slider tick not only breaks the combo, also hurts a lot in HP-side :v

That's all from my part, nice mapset >w< All diffs are really enjoyable, good work :3

I'm happy you mentioned as I was unsure about it. I'm going to think more about it. I don't want to delete right now because I wanted a downward flow into the first slider at the start of the map, and a spinner here is uncomfortable imo.

I'd like to keep this one due to the large jump with the SV change.

  1. 00:08:223 - The beat here is just too subtle. Just make 00:08:111 (1) a plain 1/2 slider; using a repeating 1/4 one is... confusing. Might be just me, but oh well.
  2. 00:13:223 (1,2) - I'm sure enough the song itself suggests the rhythm to be like this. Sounds far more wonderful and fitting. Can be somewhat difficult, I suppose, but eh...
  3. 00:15:667 (1) - Why making a 3/4 slider with the end silenced? It feels seriously forced. No, really, I'm serious. Also, it's hard to determine when this slider ends. Just use a plain 1/2 slider with the end not silenced.
  4. 00:18:778 (2,3) - I see no point in forcing the jump for (3) to fit 00:17:889 (1)'s curve. What about something like this? (It also affects (1) btw.)
  5. 00:22:111 (1) - Remove NC? I don't see any reason why it should be NC'd.
  6. 00:28:334 (4) - Add a whistle on the head to emphasize the instrument on the song here? Also apply NC? Using NC here fits according to the song.
  7. 00:29:890 (1) - There's no need to make the tail of the slider silent, since a faint sound from the song can be heard.
  8. 00:43:667 (1) - I see no point on using NC here, so remove it?
  9. 01:04:778 (2,3) - Not sure why, but I just want to Ctrl+G them to follow the vocal pitch. It's just me though~
  10. 01:12:556 (3,4) - Are you sure the clap isn't swapped?
  11. 01:18:778 (2) - Uh, use clap instead? Don't think whistle fits here.

  1. 00:07:223 (1,2) - ...The increase of spacing is just crazy and don't go well with the song, IMO. ~2.7x should do.

Can't really agree with you there. Two 1/2 sliders in a row really wouldn't fit here because the music is so different for each 1/2. The 1/2 repeating slider does fine to separate the ideas in the music imo, similar to how the triplet does the same thing in the Insane diff.
  2. 00:13:223 (1,2) - I'm sure enough the song itself suggests the rhythm to be like this. Sounds far more wonderful and fitting. Can be somewhat difficult, I suppose, but eh...
So remove a repeat from each 1/2 slider? I'm sorry, I just can't see how that fits the music better, I clearly hear a continuous 1/4 stream through the whole section. Just look at the insane diff.
  3. 00:15:667 (1) - Why making a 3/4 slider with the end silenced? It feels seriously forced. No, really, I'm serious. Also, it's hard to determine when this slider ends. Just use a plain 1/2 slider with the end not silenced.
This is following the bass sustained note in the background. Since there is no sound on the blue tick, or the red tick before it, it makes sense to silence the slider end. It fits the music, and is not unrankable, and I think it plays really nice. I'm not sure why you don't like it. ><
  4. 00:18:778 (2,3) - I see no point in forcing the jump for (3) to fit 00:17:889 (1)'s curve. What about something like this? (It also affects (1) btw.)
    unsure how to fix ;_;

  5. 00:22:111 (1) - Remove NC? I don't see any reason why it should be NC'd.
I'll remove the 1 before it.
  6. 00:28:334 (4) - Add a whistle on the head to emphasize the instrument on the song here? Also apply NC? Using NC here fits according to the song.
    oo nice I forgot ;_;
  7. 00:29:890 (1) - There's no need to make the tail of the slider silent, since a faint sound from the song can be heard.
It's too loud since the slowdown itself is following the bass hit.
  8. 00:43:667 (1) - I see no point on using NC here, so remove it?
I'd like to keep, it makes the placement easier to read.
  9. 01:04:778 (2,3) - Not sure why, but I just want to Ctrl+G them to follow the vocal pitch. It's just me though~
Not sure, I think current pattern is fine. Making patterns too complicated can be dangerous at this AR
  10. 01:12:556 (3,4) - Are you sure the clap isn't swapped?
    Nice! fixed
  11. 01:18:778 (2) - Uh, use clap instead? Don't think whistle fits here.
    fixed -.-
  12. 01:26:111 (1) - I also don't think NC is needed there. Remove that?
    ok
>Insane
  1. 00:07:223 (1,2) - ...The increase of spacing is just crazy and don't go well with the song, IMO. ~2.7x should do.
  2. 00:07:667 (3,4) - And this too. ~3.5-4x is fine in my eyes.
orz, you're basically destroying all of my original intentions here. I've tested this lots of times, other people have tested, it's not a difficult placement, and it fits the buildup in the song leading into the triplet and then slow down slider imo. It's already super easy to SS this, even with HD.
  3. 00:15:667 (1) - Same as Hard.
  4. 00:29:889 (1) - ^
  5. 00:43:889 (1,2,3) - These 1/4 sliders... they look randomly placed for me and also has a strange flow. Make them similar to 00:13:445 (3,4,5), I guess?
    ok fixed
That's it, I guess.

Good luck on the way 8-)

Thanks for modding! It helped me fix some silly errors.

Hi~

[General]
Audio lead-in is somewhat too short. recommended 1000.

//Background and Video events
Video,270,"vid.avi"

change "avi" to "flv" xD

[Insane]
full combo on first try q:
00:01:445 (1) - try this? http://puu.sh/3baXj.wav (if so, also add this to other diffs)
00:06:334 (4,5) - ctrl+G?
00:11:889 (3) - add clap, which sounds cooler
00:18:556 (3) - slightly move it leftwards as I find the stack somewhat not so comfortable
00:23:223 - add finish?
00:37:889 (2,3,4) - it's the only 1/4 jump (slider+note) which is hard to read. maybe move to x:196 y:264
00:47:000 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - slightly rotate them anti-clockwise to avoid straight pattern
00:57:000 (1) - make it blanket 00:56:111 (1) - ?

[Hard]
00:03:445 (3) - not quite symmetrical. try this:
184,112,3445,2,0,P|256:84|332:116,1,160,2|0,0:0|0:0,0:0:0:0:
00:11:889 - if you added clap in Insane then do the same
00:23:223 - if you added finish in Insane then do the same
00:51:667 (1) - x1 -> x0.5 in Hard is somewhat abrupt imo. try 0.75, and make some good shape maybe
01:25:223 (1) - not quite symmetrical.

[Normal]
00:11:889 - if you added clap in Insane then do the same
00:19:667 (1) - reverse arrow overlapped
00:23:223 - if you added finish in Insane then do the same

[Easy]
00:11:889 - if you added clap in Insane then do the same
00:23:223 - if you added finish in Insane then do the same
other are fine.

Good luck~

Because there is some time before drain time starts in the song, I think it's no problem.

00:01:445 (1) - try this? http://puu.sh/3baXj.wav (if so, also add this to other diffs)
Thanks for the offer but I feel like that finish is too harsh. I prefer just a drum finish.

00:06:334 (4,5) - ctrl+G?
lol fixed, it plays way better...

00:11:889 (3) - add clap, which sounds cooler
lemme think a little more on this

00:18:556 (3) - slightly move it leftwards as I find the stack somewhat not so comfortable
I'd prefer to keep the placement. I'm not getting that uncomfortable feeling at all.

00:23:223 - add finish?
It's too loud because it's not supported by a finish in the music.

00:37:889 (2,3,4) - it's the only 1/4 jump (slider+note) which is hard to read. maybe move to x:196 y:264
I'd really like to keep this.

00:47:000 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - slightly rotate them anti-clockwise to avoid straight pattern
ok then

00:57:000 (1) - make it blanket 00:56:111 (1) - ?
it is ;_;

00:51:667 (1) - x1 -> x0.5 in Hard is somewhat abrupt imo. try 0.75, and make some good shape maybe
alright fixed since Sonny also mentioned

01:25:223 (1) - not quite symmetrical.
fix

[Normal]
00:11:889 - if you added clap in Insane then do the same
00:19:667 (1) - reverse arrow overlapped
Tested with default skin and it seems to not be a problem.

00:23:223 - if you added finish in Insane then do the same

[Easy]
00:11:889 - if you added clap in Insane then do the same
00:23:223 - if you added finish in Insane then do the same

Hi there~~

red - must be fixed
blue - highly recommend to consider
black - only suggestions

[General]
  1. Set Stackleniency in Insane back to 0.7
  2. Increase Audio Lead-in to 1000
[Insane]
  1. 00:08:111 (1,2,3) - The main issue of this diff : triplet on white-tick. In common, it's not recommend to place triplet on white tick because the last note of triplet is "the stress which generally on the white tick. That is, if you start a triplet on white tick, it is end on red tick then the beat heard odd but not smooth. 00:13:223 (1,2,3) - here is a triplet on red-tick and you can feel the different between them. I won't repeat this issue multipe times in the mod so just address here and hope you can consider it.
  2. 00:06:778 (1,2,1,2,3,4) - the NC around here is messed a bit that i suggest make it more consistent ie 00:06:556 (5) - +NC for jmp distance change, or 00:07:889 (4) - +NC for vocal.. etc
  3. 00:29:445 (1,2,3,1) - ^
  4. 00:38:223 (3) - tricky jump :<
  5. 00:45:223 (2,3,4,5) - the flow here is weird a bit that (5) is expected stay at right side but not left...perhaps an alternate like this?
  6. 00:53:445 (1) - depend on the prev slider i suppose it should end at 00:54:334 -
  7. 01:02:111 (5,1) - here's just a suggestion. In general the spacing of note->slider has higher tolerance so that a reduced spacing here may break your flow after a jump pattern. You can pay more attention to similar case.
[Hard]
  1. 01:03:223 (3,4,5,6) - not a good flow imo. i may choose this
  2. 01:12:778 (4) - i'd like to stack it to 01:11:889 (3) - and move 01:13:000 (1) - to 243:146 then make it horizontally also for flow like this:
  3. 01:13:445 (2) - if you apply the above one, ctrl+g it
[Normal]
  1. hmmm ... personally i may not use STR2 in Normal & Easy but anyway~~up to u :>
  2. 00:42:334 (3) - stack to 00:42:556 (1) - ?
[Easy]
  1. 00:15:667 (2) - worry about the difficulty here. Delete is fine imo
That's all, the kiai part of Insane is looked out of control a bit .. so i suppose it still needs more works~

[General]
  1. Set Stackleniency in Insane back to 0.7
It was changed through modding for stacks in kiai, but I removed those stacks so I'll change back.
  2. Increase Audio Lead-in to 1000
Not necessary imo, the current lead-in is plenty.
[Insane]
  1. 00:08:111 (1,2,3) - The main issue of this diff : triplet on white-tick. I removed a few, but the ones you mention make sense because there is a triplet in the music placed on the white tick. If it's following the music then I really don't see a problem. No one has mentioned anything like this before, and I've never seen this mentioned in modding anywhere...I can see it being a problem if the triplets were overmapped and not following the music.
  2. 00:06:778 (1,2,1,2,3,4) - the NC around here is messed a bit that i suggest make it more consistent ie 00:06:556 (5) - +NC for jmp distance change, or 00:07:889 (4) - +NC for vocal.. etc
Current seems fine for me. NC at 00:06:778 (1) to show jump and NC at 00:07:223 (1) for this pattern 00:07:223 (1,2,3,4).
  3. 00:29:445 (1,2,3,1) - ^
Current setup was added through modding. NC on the triplet makes it nicer to read and consistent with 00:08:111 (1,2,3). NC on 00:29:889 (1) for SV change makes it nicer imo.
  4. 00:38:223 (3) - tricky jump :<
    ok changed
  5. 00:45:223 (2,3,4,5) - the flow here is weird a bit that (5) is expected stay at right side but not left...perhaps an alternate like this?
I really don't agree here, the flow feels nice and unique to me, I'd like to keep it.
  6. 00:53:445 (1) - depend on the prev slider i suppose it should end at 00:54:334 -
I can't agree there. The clacking in the BGM that the 00:54:334 (1,2,3,4) is following starts at the end of the slider at 00:54:111. If the slider started later, it would be difficult to tell what the 1-4 stack is following. Your way is how I originally mapped it, but I changed to this because I found it really awkward.
  7. 01:02:111 (5,1) - here's just a suggestion. In general the spacing of note->slider has higher tolerance so that a reduced spacing here may break your flow after a jump pattern. You can pay more attention to similar case.
    redid this
[Hard]
  1. 01:03:223 (3,4,5,6) - not a good flow imo. i may choose this
I don't agree, I find this flow where direction is changed to be more comfortable.
  2. 01:12:778 (4) - i'd like to stack it to 01:11:889 (3) - and move 01:13:000 (1) - to 243:146 then make it horizontally also for flow like this:
  3. 01:13:445 (2) - if you apply the above one, ctrl+g it
No change, I don't see a problem with current setup.
[Normal]
  1. hmmm ... personally i may not use STR2 in Normal & Easy but anyway~~up to u :>
  2. 00:42:334 (3) - stack to 00:42:556 (1) - ?
    I prefer current placement sorry. ;_;
[Easy]
  1. 00:15:667 (2) - worry about the difficulty here. Delete is fine imo
I'd like to keep for the whistle. I've seen far worse things in easy diffs.
That's all, the kiai part of Insane is looked out of control a bit .. so i suppose it still needs more works~

Thank you so much for modding!

Since you spammed NC in this diff try HP+1
00:03:445 (3) - whistle end
00:11:223 (2,3,4,5) - why wasnt this like this: 00:15:223 (4) - feels better if you stack on 00:15:000 (3), since 00:15:445 (5) has its own unique sound which warrants a jump
00:29:445 (1) - no need to NC here
00:47:445 (4,5) - this jump felt a bit weird to play, a slider jump with 00:47:667 (5,1) feels alot more natural due to the change in vocals
00:55:223 (1,2) - try a jump here

00:29:445 (1) - no need to NC
00:40:778 (3) - oh em gee u almost had a perfect hexagon here
00:54:334 (1,2,3,4) - manually stack this toward bottom left, stack leniency causes this to touch 00:55:223 (1) in game play which doesnt look very pleasing
01:08:778 (1,2) - tbh ctrl+g flows better on this jump, but that would break flow on 01:09:223 (3) so yeah up to you
01:19:000 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - this is what u need:
