BTW, I noticed that it says the tournament includes all North American countries, but the immediately following sentences seems to suggest that only three countries are, in fact, eligible for the tournament. Could you please clarify?

IMO, KRZY shouldn't be able to join this tournament. Despite having a Norwegian flag, I joined the USAT (and was allowed in it because I live here) at the cost of not being able to join in the Scandinavian tournament when that later popped up. I feel that users ought to be restricted to one nationality for the sake of official tournaments and contests, and KRZY has already marked himself as part of Korea by being part of their team during OWC.
