To build up consistency I usually just play all types of maps from the newly ranked maps, it really helped me when I was ~30k and had trouble with anything besides jump maps. Your mileage may vary, but it's worth a try imo
if you're having trouble being consistent, it's probably because the maps you are playing are almost definitely outside of your skill level. are you really trying to fc 6* consistently while being 6 digit?
just play maps a bit outside of your comfort level, maps around 5.1*-5.3* should do good enough for you

This is what I do/did:
1. Drop down the star rating until I get around 1-3 misses per sightread
2. Press F2 and play the entire selected map without retries
3. Rinse and repeat
