Just wondering before a map gets ranked or once it gets ranked is to check if the BG image and the Audio preview is up to date. Since most people change those a lot, it would be better to see the "final choice".
Not everyone remembers to set a good audio preview before uploading and are stuck with one they don't want on the web.
So basically just update the 2 things even if there is a slight change to it.
