I just bought a wacom bamboo pen and spent all day trying various settings on both pen and mouse mode. I ended up choosing pen mode, with these settings

I play fullscreen osu! I have forced proportions turned off since I seem to get some input delay. The way I mapped it, it's exactly the same though.
