Anyone know how I could get OSU to run from a USB and for all the files to be stored on there and not on the PC?

Drag all the osu files from your Cdrive, into your usb

osu! is completely portable. Like Yikari said, just copy all your files onto the USB, and that's it - osu! will run perfectly.
