Overall the hitsounding felt really plain and a bit too generic to fit with the pace of the song. You might want to give this another listen and see what you can improve.
I tried to reorder the hitsound, my hitsound skills are really really poor orzorz
Another thing is that the overall rhythms felt really bland. It was pretty much all playing to the metronome and it led to a fairly uninteresting play - especially when it's 4.5 minutes long.
Yes I got your point, I have remapped some part of the song to try to improve, but sadly after I have remapped the stars seems unchanged, I think it;s the problem that most of the vocals are located on the red tick, making it quite hard to set note on them(the song will be too hard than) I think I have tried my best so far...May be my skills still need improving..

I wouldn't use any claps until after the music picks up at 00:13:684 - Right now they don't fit the song much at all.
Also in general, the clap usage feels very mechanical. It's almost all beats 2 and 4 no matter what. Try to accent important parts of the song with the claps instead of just following every snare hit in the song.
00:04:154 (2,4) - These beats feel unneeded. Remember, this is a really slow part to the song, and this is a Normal. You don't have to be hitting the beat every possible moment.
00:08:037 (5) - New combo should be here
00:10:860 (5) - ^
Try to set up your new combos for every two tall white ticks. That will fit the musical phrasing well for this song.
The rhythm work also feels a bit plain. You get it at times, then you break into a plain metronome beat. I remapped a bit of the first kiai 01:11:390 - to help give you some ideas for rhythms to use and hitsounds to try.
See if you can get the map out of the slump it's in.

Probably Easy slider velocity 0.6 -> Normal slider velocity 1.12 is diffspread very large imo.
It is possible even to change SV of Normal diff. Please call me once again if you do not want to change it

00:47:566 (1,2,1) - It's better if you lengthen all three of these sliders by a white tick. So the sliders end on 00:48:625 - 00:50:037 - and 00:51:448 - I don't really like how so many white ticks are skipped. It sounds like they are somewhat important notes to map
