Fullmetal Alchemist all the way 
Sword Art Online. I know the second half of it when they go into that second game sucked, at least in my opinion, but the first half was so good it made up for it.
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Rozen Maiden (2004 and 2013 ), shingeki no kyojin, and .hack// Quantum (was way more interesting than the other ones and only liked Roots when Azure Kite came in)

Magi is up there despite the adaptation being kind of disappointing. I'm also a massive fan of the raildex series.
