OP stated "extremely good" so I won't bother with milestones involving just fullcomboing insanes.

Availability of hard maps is a factor (along with condition of the game).
If hard maps started coming out back in 2010 & 2011 Cookiezi would probably be "fastest" improved player.

He has been consistently improving even at the top level with the evolution of maps throughout these years so you don't realise it

Oh fuck I remember this, was playing with him and NeverDie after only 1 month of playing, and suddenly shaNk went mad pro mode.

This guy has played for two whole weeks and is apparently good enough to be rank 150 and getting full combos on hd/dt beating some of WW's scores, and was SSing maps on hidden after a week. Not sure if a multi, a cheater, or a prodigy. Guess we will have to wait and see.

Most of those very fast improved players are either multis or cheaters.

There was this chinese guy something masterize who could FC TAG4 maps after like 2 hours, he was amazing.
