First of all, capitalize the H in Helleputte. I think you'll need to full submit to do this.
The map needs a background so find one.
Not sure about timing, though it's definitely wrong.
You clearly haven't used distance snap, read about it in the FAQ.
Almost every beat is off in some way. Sorry, but in this state I can't mod properly.

okay,

this map really needs to be graveyarded.
this SUCKS.
and i have a WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY better map i cant upload due to cap limit.
