In the skin.ini file, increase the "ColumnWidth:" value. If your skin.ini file doesn't have this, under the [Mania] section, add it in. I personally use 50,50,50,50 most of the time. For more information check out https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/en/Skinning%2Fskin.ini#[mania]
