My 3rd skin
a information some changes/add:
a cursor(if you not like the old cursor)
count
ctb (only fruits)
mode selection
mania note
mania stage right
ranking panel
mania hit etc.

nice update

so far i only like your game mode icons and selection-mod
might be useful for me in the future.. mind if i take some of your element ? i would definetely give a credit

Multiaccounts are not allowed you know. If you're account were banned for what ever reason, you should contact an admin instead of just making a new account.

Is it me or most of the link are broken

The back button is quite messy. You don't need that random box, use blue rectangle with white border and a little glow is much better.

The o!m selection key is sadness. What is that little key between B and C key?

I'm not sure this comment is helpful.

Also...I can't take this skin serious..maybe a Metro/Modern UI-skin would be nice, this skin isn't. It is one of those skins I declare as "paint"-skins, because it is just way too bad made and it's too hard to play with it (in this case getting half a seizure with all this full-colored backgrounds and numbers).

Maybe you should rework the entire skin until it fits better to the Windows 8/Metro UI-scheme, this is just too weird.

The click button, hover button, and back button voice is earrape - I like to hear it.

This is my quick view on your skin :

std : Slider ball has the same color as your cursor. This would make the cursor a bit invisible during playing slider | Adding a center dot on the spinner would be great, so people can spin with smaller circle rather than randomly done it | hitx.png (hit300, hit200, etc etc) is terrible. It disturbs the view, I tend to make the colored square invisible
taiko : this is ugly | on taiko slider windows 8 words has a slight different place.
ctb : the fruit border is too edgy. Consider to smoothen it up.
o!m : the purple note is quite hard to see. Maybe use a lighter color.

The cursor color would be better if it has white color so it would be more visible when playing std with blue nc, take example of NNRT
