Using a sound file with "-slider" somewhere in the name as a storyboarded sound sample causes it to repeat indefinitely.
Steps:
1. Grab a .wav file and put "-slider" somewhere in the name. It could even be "jhomuiqwv-sliderjqotiunmvqo.wav"
2. Add it as a sound sample in a beatmap. For example, use this code
Alternatively, play or test this map on Hard. It should start a neverending whistle at about 1:02.
